Went to have my hair styled and I showed Nancy a picture of a style that I wanted and when she finished my hair was the same as the picture. This was my first time going to Diva Hair Salon and I would recommend it. I have had hair styled before and I’ve showed a picture of how I wanted my hair styled and it has never came out like the pictures, this was the first time that it did. Great job Nancy.

Nancy is absolutely the best! Her attention to detail is exquisite! My daughter was all smiles after her haircut. Nancy is very sweet and professional. We'll definitely come back again!

I went to Diva Hair Salon and was greeted by the sweetest lady, Nancy. I showed her a picture of what I would like for my hair and she did exactly that. I’m so happy with my haircut.

I recently got my hair done a couple days ago and Nancy did such an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this place, I had a great experience.

On October 1,2022 was the first time I had my hair done here. When I came in the ladies were Koreans and were nice and friendly. They spoke their language towards each other but English to their customers. I showed Nancy whom I think is the owner the picture I wanted done and to see if they do cut the pixie hairstyle I wanted done. So she said that they do it. Someone first shampooed my hair then a few minutes later Esther told me to sit on the chair she wanted to sit on while I was holding on my phone showing her the picture of the haircut I wanted. She looked at it several times and took her time and precisely did the style I wanted while Nancy was making sure she did it the right way. I was very pleased and amazed. I would come back again when I need a haircut. Thanks again!😊

Sharon did an amazing job. I wanted my hair short and provided a picture and she did it exactly like what I showed. Everyone was very nice and accommodating even though there was a bit of a language barrier. Super friendly and reasonable- I will definitely be back to get my hair cut again. As a licensed cosmetologist myself, I can say they know what they are doing! I also loved the part that I wasn't there for an hour- quick and precise with great customer service.

Whent in for a hair cut and a dye I absolutely love it great service inside is very clean would recommend to everyone

Do yourself a favor and get your hair styled here!! I've had some terrible haircut experiences and am wary to try new places, but Nancy completely eased all of my worries. She made me feel comfortable, she looked at the pictures of haircuts I wanted and helped me decide which one to go for. She was meticulous and took her time so that she could get the hairstyle just right. I loved the final look and my hair looks so much healthier now (and the price was very reasonable!)

It was beautiful hair curled!! I didn’t like too curly so i did little brush up at home. Easy to style and maintain! I am very happy with my new hairstyle 💇🏻‍♀

Unfortunately, I am one of the few Asians who have very thick COARSE non-silky hair. This is the second time I’ve been here. The first time was for a Magic straight perm I got a few years ago which also turned out great. However, this time I went for a Brazilian blowout instead for a more natural look! Although, in the picture it looks super straight because Nancy straightened my hair at the very end but after I wash my hair it shouldn’t be so straight. (I will upload post-shampoo hair soon)

It’s always busy here so sometimes she would let the assistant work on my hair for the easy things like washing my hair, blowdrying, etc. But she will sit down and make sure to do the final important parts that makes my hair turn out amazing! I have so much hair but she was very careful to comb through each and every part of my head to make sure she doesn’t miss any section!

I’ve been to other salons to do perms and they damaged my hair and/or they were stingy with the applying the formula so the perm didn’t last long. I have a lot of hair but Nancy was very generous with applying the product. I’ll definitely be returning time and time again. Thank you for transforming my hair Nancy, once again! :)

Ok I admit I was very hesitant at first because it was such a hole in the wall place. Im unemployed and really needed to get my hair done for interviews. I tend to have very hard to work with hair. Straight on top and wavy underneath. Course also no matter what I seem to try to take away the frizz, my hair turns into a poofy fro when it dries even another hairstylist couldn't get the cute little crunchy curl style to hold. If I try to work with the curls it's limp and greasy within two hours. If I go straight, it's a battle to keep the fro under control, yes even with layers and the slithering technique. I was praying about where to go and this place just kind of caught my eye while driving. The owner greeted me and was soooooo sweet. For eighty, yes you heard me right, eighty dollars I got a full weave for my shoulder length hair. For such a low price I was praying it would turn out ok.

The color turned out absolutely beautiful. I wasn't sure how blonde to go but it looked gorgeous. Then the styling began. She seems to work very effortlessly and I initially thought, this is not how other stylists do things ( ok I thought that a few times) but when she was done ..whooooaaaa!

With the products and how it turned out my hair has not looked this amazing in over twenty years. It was highlighted beautiful and the curls from my natural hair were wavy, soft and the products held the style the rest of the day (never happens). She just used a couple of products, a blow-dryer and mostly kind of running her fingers. Not a hard routine! My hair felt clean and wonderful and the next morning my hair still looked amazing! I could have gone to work all day with the same style from yesterday! No greasiness, crunchiness, or limp curls, which happens when I use other products.
The owner has been doing hair for over thirty years and to top it off, she is a Christian and loves God. To think I could have missed this place had I ignored the prompting to go in..I'm just stunned at what a beautiful job she did..I seriously wish I could show u a pic of how amazing my hair looked. Thank you again.

SO GUYS, DUDES and BRO’S!
I am 58 and very particular about My cut and the way I care for it along with ease of maintaining my desired look. I like a scissor cut!
With that said I live in La Habra and have been to many places over the years and always ask for a scissor cut and I wanna walk out with the look I wanted, NOT all slicked back looking like I fell outa the 50’s! (Keep in mind I am jealous of you guys that can just go in and say “Number Two” and have a great chat with your barber which I always loved the novelty of that.
So after reading reviews from all over a 10 mile radius Diva Had the best but mostly women’s reviews, which is cool because that way I know someone at Diva knows how to scissor cut.
I called and Kathy answered and I explained my desired cut, she set me for 2:25 PM 7-18-19
I was greeted at 2:25 and taken to the chair, NICE! Then one hour later (Time well spent Guys) Kathy had me heading for the door looking EXACLY Like I and ready to go to dinner. NO GOING HOME TO WASH IT OUT AND HOPE FOR THE BEST! then the very reasonable price of $25
Kathy has a customer (ME) for as long as she likes.
SO GUYS! If you are particular about your look as described above....... Kathy is your stylist.

Update: Nancy has had me the past several visits and does not disappoint!
My review still stands well with my advice to the guys out there that want a clean kept look that you can trust at a great price.
