Amazon Fresh

This was my first time visiting Amazon Fresh. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the store. There was an issue with my purchase, and the Manager Able was willing and ready to help resolve the issue. I would like to see Sashimi grade seafood in the store, but otherwise, it was a successful trip. Great job!

You can’t beat the customer service at Amazon fresh! And it’s very convenient where you can return items to Amazon or pick up your items and get some shopping done at the same time. Isles are super wide and thi somewhat more expensive say their wine department for example,, their selection is really superb. So, if you don’t mind spending a little bit more money for the quality and fantastic customer service, this is the place to go rare disappointed, and their sushi is excellent, too!

If you scan your Amazon membership QR code when you enter and exit, you don't need to scan your items to check out.

When you put items which you want in a cart, it will automatically calculate.

This off-line store is big but you can see very few people.

Not too busy always stocked and always find new things to try. These Xochitl Corn Chips are thin and crispy and pretty good.

1st visit to Amazon Fresh. Very high tech, so made me a little nervous trying out their tech. If you need a help, they will gladly help you. The facility is clean and well maintained. If you have not been, you should try this location. The price is a little expensive, so you need to buy what you really need from this store.

I'm always amazed on how clean and organized this place is. Plenty to select from. The shopping experience is pretty cool with the new technology they use. Check it out you'll be pleasantly surprised 👍

I have been here twice now and both times there were fewer customers than Amazon Fresh employees. They have an amazingly large selection of products and produce, the staff are excellent and will help you find what you seek. I have been able to find things here that were not available from any other grocery chain. Don't worry about the check out options, one may either use the walk-out option or use a cashier just like at every grocery store.

WOW!! Great Customer Service to Reese and the Customer Team at Amazon Fresh La Habra

I made a mistake and returned the wrong item. I came back about 3 hours later after I realized I sent back the wrong car charger. I spoke with the employee and she said I'm not sure if we could find it. An employee by the name of Reese came up and said unfortunately there are about 30 boxes of returns and I'm not sure which one it's in but Reese Did Not Give Up !! She said there is no way to know what box it's in and said let me see, So in Not just giving up which is what many employees do nowadays she went back to look as I showed the box it was in and 2 min later she found it. This is a great employee with great customer service that just didn't take the easy way and gave up, she took on the challenge and found it quickly. It's the small effort in taking care of the customer and just trying vs giving up that makes this customer experience 110 percent.

To Reese and the whole Customer Service Team at La Habra Amazon Fresh that made this happen, Thank You for not giving up and have a Very Merry Christmas.

This Amazon fresh is it grocery store in the future. I didn't even have to pull out my card I didn't even have to go through the checkout I literally just put all my groceries into the car and then as you exit the store it charges you for all of the groceries you put into the car. The store Representatives did really help that much. It was almost like if you can envision having the first computer and then no one's showing you how to work it. Weird but they most definitely were standing around. In the future humans will stand around and watch the robots do all of the work. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼⛏⛏🚚🚚⛏⛏🚚🚚🚚⛏

I went to use Amazon's return service, which BTW was really quick and easy, and was amazed at the cleanliness and organization of this store. I'll definitely be going to Amazon Fresh on my next shopping trip.

This location does not have dash carts but instead has the system that tracks what you pick up and automatically charges you. First time using this and it was surprisingly accurate.

Plenty of parking and the store was well organized.

The produce is always fresh. The prices of most items are a bit lower than most supermarkets, especially the store brands. The associates are very friendly and helpful.

Very clean and organized store. It is a little more expensive than your normal box stores but definitely worth it if you don't want to deal with a bunch of people or wait in line.

Pretty cool place, it was my first time there so I was just cruising down the aisles looking at what they have to offer. I got confused as to how to get out when. I didn't buy anything. The place was clean, very clean. The workers were all young, helpful and attentive. The prices were just ok, maybe a tab expensive. But I love the technology behind the shopping experience.

Loaded the cart up, brought it to the exit and walked out with my bags without waiting in a checkout line. The Amazon Fresh experience is 10/10. This technology is insane. I have huge respect for the tech behind this, it seems to have done a great job on tracking what I actually ended up buying!
