I took a number of jewelry items to Jason. He exceeded my expectations in every way. From designing a new piece of jewelry, to adding a larger clasp to a pendant—-or simply changing out a watch battery—-he does it all!! Jason is personable and professional and did a terrific job of handling my wide range of jewelry needs. This shop is such a hidden gem!

Great Service today. I wanted a ring sized to last through the repair of my wedding ring and received great service from Jason’s son. He was polite, friendly and open to working on my request. I also had an opportunity to view some of the rings that were displayed. Next time I need a jeweler I know I will start here. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jason is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time to educate both me and my fiancee (she said yes!) on how diamonds worked and what to look for. He was patient but insistent and didn't let us get away with our bad preconceptions!

Jason was very open to working with me to design a ring that fit what I was looking for. He offered his own opinions to steer me in the right direction, but also listened to me about what I really wanted. Overall, it was exactly the type of experience I was hoping for, and I am even more in love with the ring that he made than my fiancee is. Jason is a one of a kind jeweler. Not only did he make me feel as if I was apart of his own family, but he made my fiance feel like the only girl in the world that mattered. I went to Jason’s Jewelry in search for an engagement ring. I was new to looking and both Jason and his wife were very helpful through tour the process. They took hours of their time to help ensure that I got exactly what I wanted. I ended up finding a wedding band that I loved. Jason was able to convert the wedding ring and set a diamond in it in order to give me just what I wanted. I highly recommend coming here!

Jason is very knowledgeable in regards to jewelry. Bought my wife’s rings here. It was custom designed by jason. Jason is very nice and patient. Prices are very competitive to downtown LA. Its been years(8) and he still remembers me as if it was yesterday.

Jason is the absolute best person to go to for any fine jewelry needs! My fiance had my engagement ring designed by Jason, and my fiance provided his Mother's ring to Jason to remodel (since she sadly had passed away, R.I.P. Ginger). My engagement ring is more beautiful than I could have imagined. It is better than one could hope for, I receive compliments all the time and people ask to see it constantly. Jason will take the time to sit down and go over your personal specific needs. He knows exactly what questions to ask. Jason knows his stuff, he has great experience in this industry. We went in today to inquire about wedding bands and we are very satisfied with the outcome. He is very reasonably priced, a genuinely honest person and has such a high quality to offer. I would be lost without Jason, before I was engaged, I went in and asked him to just educate me about diamonds. He sat down with me, showed me rings, compared different cuts, clarity, colors and carats. I felt very well informed especially when he showed examples and explained differences and showed me under the microscope. It was a very special experience and that is why I'm writing this review. My fiance and I went to The Jewelry Exchange in Tustin expecting to find what we were looking for, but walked out of there more confused than when we walked in. I felt like the sales people are there for a paycheck, where at Jason's Jewelry Design Gallery, you can tell that customer satisfaction and fine jewelry are his true passions. (I'm in sales myself, so that's why I write this). That's when we took my father's advice to go see Jason. I give everyone the same advice, go see Jason! You will not be disappointed.

Jason is the most trustworthy, excellent friendly jeweler I've encountered. Reasonable prices. Prompt repair to my vintage diamond ring, a family heirloom. Also rebuilt the diamond mount on my 21 yr old wedding ring (the gold had worn thin after years of enjoyment.) Now I'm secure wearing them! I won't take my jewelery repairs or purchases anywhere else! 😊

I brought a ring in to have a diamond replaced a ring sized up nearly three sizes. They completed this in two days and the make over is so stunning on this ring, I wish I had taken before pictures. They added gold to the band and made it so much sturdier that this antique girl is definitely wearable now!

Excellent service and care from Jason and his staff. I have taken jewelry to be fixed, cleaned, appraised, and been very happy every time with the care that they have given. They also have unique and beautiful items on hand for purchase and I have made some suggestions to the hubby to go see Jason!

I met Jason 3 yrs ago thru a friend. I knew what I wanted but I did not understand anything about jewelry. Jason and Diana took the time to educate me about what to look for. They spent months with me viewing different diamonds and settings. What makes Jason and Diana special in my opinion is that they are genuine in trying to build a lasting relationship with their clients by treating them fair and special at the same time. I've gone to him now for a few pieces and I can honestly say that he doesn't mind convincing you to spend less. Most jewelry places want you to spend big or you're just another customer. Absolutely Fantabulous! I came in to redesign my Wedding set for my 20th anniversary. I had been to other jewelers and I was not please with their "way of doing business". I had done a LOT of research before seeing Jason.
I made an appointment for a consultation with Jason, he is a man that truly listens to you. I brought in a idea and he spent 45 minutes with me, making sure we were both on the say page. After making the computer generated image ring, he e-mailed the image to me and we spoke over the phone. Again he made sure that it was what I wanted. I went back yesterday for the final fitting of the diamond. It brought me to tears! It is EXACTLY what I had pictured in my head.
Jason does business with a kind heart and an old school way. This is rare these days in our rushed world. The price was more than affordable, . I couldn't be happier and will defintiely use him again.

I was referred to a place by a guy named Chris . Chris bought his wedding ring because he was referred by another guy. That guy came to this place because he was referred for by someone else. I referred my brother and the changes keeps going on. There is a reason this guy is referred by everyone. He's a perfect personal-injury sales because he is honest, thorough, and really knows how to read a woman's eyes and what interests are the most. He helps a guy understand what a woman wants based on the way he describes her . Amazing!
