Have had them for years. They are very affordable with basic features. I highly recommend if someone wants the intro burglary and fire alarm package. As in on site equipment and limited app features. It works for my business and costs are lowest in industry. Customer service is direct and friendly. I have no issues or complains.

They do not check emails. They ONLY care about getting your money and no after service. AVOID at all costs. Even trying to get your contract cancelled is nearly impossible. After multiple emails and phone calls, I was finally able to cancel our contract as we are moving. We chose not to use them at our new warehouse because the service is just so poor.

I waited all day for them to pick up their equipment, and I was met with gruff service and found out I wasn't even on their schedule, despite having an email saying it was confirmed pick up. Just really poor operations and service.

DO NOT USE THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
