I loved everything about my experience! The whole team made me feel very comfortable. Joel was very patient and gave me a lot of reassurance! I’ll probably never switch dentist offices again. They also except medical.

I was searching for a new dentist in 2023 and in November came upon Pure Cypress in Cypress, Ca. They helped me immensely. The work and treatment has turned out so well and I am very pleased. The dentists Dr Nguyen and Dr Tourgoli were Helpful and Pleasant. Dr Nguyen ALONG with dental assistants Ana, Victor and Jane, hygienist Jordan, receptionist Gabby and Joel. I hope I mentioned everyone and I am doing so because they have been pleasant, helpful every time. They have made me feel comfortable these past four months. Thank you so much Pure Cypress🌞

I visited for a checkup/cleanup and the overall service was friendly and satisfying.

The receptionist was inviting, Anna was very helpful and comforting while doing my x-rays, Dr.Ngyuen was informative and made it a smooth process doing my fill ins, & Jordan was quick and precise while doing my clean up, she was also very helpful and informative on how to maintain my oral care.

I really appreciated their service and helpfulness.

Growing up I didn’t go to a dentist on a regular basis. I did brush a lot but over time it just wasn't enough , my teeth slowly begun to need work and pulling them was all I could afford at the time since I’m a single mom. Anyway going to a dentist was embarrassing and I avoided it at all cost. Until one day I realized I didn’t want my teeth to be this way anymore and I looked online and to my surprise the first dentist I found was Pure Cypress Dental. After reading review after review of nothing but, positive experiences , I made an appointment for myself and kids. All of the reviews were true. This place is wonderful, patient , caring , perfection is the final result. Thank you. For not making me feel bad about my self and my teeth . Thank you for helping me. 🦷

I had such a great experience here. The entire staff was so sweet and helped me feel calm despite my anxiety, thanks to Evangelina & Ana. My doctor, Dr. Thomas, was very kind and helped me relax because I was so nervous, he is a tremendous doctor (procedure was painless) Last but not least, Joel was fantastic, he accommodated my financial circumstances and guided me toward a sensible payment schedule. Everyone was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone :)

I’m so glad I found this dentist office! My girls have been going there for a while now and everyone is always very friendly and professional. Gabby and Joel at the front desk are always helpful. Dr. Thomas did my cleaning today, he and Victor were awesome! Definitely recommend.

Great experience. Workers there were very kind. Had anxiety coming in, but Dr. Thomas made sure I was okay the whole time. The process was smooth sailing. Will be back again.

Great office, been coming here for years and Gabby has always been great with helping make an appointment for myself and my family, Joel is always making me laugh and making me feel comfortable especially with having a fear of dentist. They always make me feel like family when i come in

Pure Cypress Dentist is phenomenal they got me in as an emergency patient Gabby helped make an appointment right away and Joel explained everything and helped me right than and there! Got me out of pain right away, and also checked on me the next day and made sure I was feeling good

Amazing service, went over all my options. Staff is amazing! Went over all my x-rays and my options with treatment. I can't ask for more customer service is a big thing for me as a patient a they hit every spectrum.

A HUGE thank you goes to Gabby who greeted me in such a welcoming way as I walked into the office as a first time patient, to Anna who listened carefully as she took my history, understanding my fear of dentists that stemmed from childhood trauma caused while receiving dental care that left me scarred for life, & for taking my x-rays with gentleness while explaining each step, to Joel & Katarina who showed understanding & compassion when explaining the huge cost of the dental care I need without making me feel like ‘less than’ because I only have DentiCal (medi-cal), which covers very little, to Victor who helped me through the fear & pain of needles & dental procedures & to Dr. Nguyen who did an excellent job of explaining the care I needed and gently getting my treatment plan started with minimal pain. As someone who spent a lifetime avoiding dentists as much as possible due to that childhood trauma at the hands of a dentist, my teeth suffered the consequences. As someone on a limited fixed income due to disability, having the finances to pay for the dental care that I now desperately need is going to be extremely difficult. But I am pleased & relieved that I finally found a dental office & dentist that I will not be afraid to go to! I am not dreading my next appointment because I know they will treat me with dignity & compassion. If you are like me, afraid of dental care or embarrassed by the condition of your teeth for any reason, or embarrassed by your financial situation…I highly recommend you come see the staff at Pure Dentist. If your experience is like mine, and I bet it will be, you will be so glad you finally faced your fears & will finally be getting the care you need. Be brave! You deserve dental care. You got this, they will help you.

Everyone in the office was amazing. Great customer service, personable, friendly, polite and attentive to details. Highly recommend. Victor, Jordan and Dr. Wick were great.

Since my initial review, this office has reached out about my concerns and came up with a viable solution. I appreciate the office staff for being professional and handling my circumstance with attentiveness. As previously stated this office has always been my go to and things happen! So, I have a few fillings coming up and they have another physician that will do my dental work and I’m confident I’ll get taken care of. The office staff and managerial staff get a 5-stars from me. I do feel like they genuinely care.

Pure Cypress Dentist gave me such a wonderful experience. The staff was wonderful the dentist were wonderful. I walked in and was always greeted by smiling faces and lighter. Gabby was super friendly and funny. She made the scheduling super easy and they were all great at explaining the pricing of everything and making sure to answer any questions I had. Overall great dentist and would highly recommend.

This place is the best! The staff is very friendly and they make you feel relaxed and special. I got to meet Dr. K, the owner and he is the nicest guy. He treats his staff with much respect and I can tell that they really love their job. From Joel, the office manager to Gabby, the front desk and Jessica, the dental assistant, I only have kind words to say because they are so good at what they do. I had veneers and Dr. Nguyen was very thorough and meticulous that she made sure that I was happy. This is my favorite dental office from now on. I’m a convert and ditching my old place!

Dr Neyuegn and Evangelina were super awesome I felt completely comfortable and confident in there work. The whole office has been fantastic since I started coming here. I recommend this office for sure.
