Cardinal Bookstore

Outside the library we students were able to put together multiple voters registration drives that were very successful. A group of like minded students from Professor Tutt Minorities class put together a small study & activities group who were active on campus & in Skagit & Whatcom County attempting to plant seeds & make changes in the minds of individuals we encountered to give them reason to pause & think about their belief systems & biased thought patterns ~ how they develepod them & how they may be able to change the language they use, jokes they tell, slang words they say (both micro & macro aggressions) to improve themselves, teach their family, co-workers & friends that those things are not okay & that small changes can make a big difference with many voices & over time. Black Lives Matter, Brown, LGBTQ+, disabled, all marginalized groups need to have systems in place that show them THEIR LIVES MATTER.

Even though the books are ten times more expensive then you would find on Amazon or Ebay, the staff is amazing!
