I have been using this location for 6 months now, twice a month because they accept vouchers through Catholic Community Services. Every time I have gone in its been either the owner or Stephen and I couldn't have been more satisfied!! They have never made me feel like my business wasn't as important as someone with cash, and are always friendly and conversational!! I will continue to fill up here after I'm done with the program that supplies the voucher just because of the fantastic service!! Stephen is such an amazing employee, always friendly, helpful, and always doing work, I've never seen him not working on something around the store!!!

Got gas and snacks. Steven was really nice and listened to me talk and talk and ask him a ton of questions without showing one sign of irritability... much appreciated!!

They are super nice, but it could be cleaner for me, but it's ok.

My husband and I really like the guy that runs this place. He literally works all the time and has responsibilities to everything. He is so personable and sweet! We understand it gets super busy there...it IS AMPM after all, but he never comes across rude or short tempered even when he's training new people. His staff are kind and the store is much cleaner than most we've experienced. We appreciate the work!

They have coffee crisps and except EBT but it is just a gas station convenience store nothing great

Wow this stop and shop for fuel and some groceries is a good place to stop if you need some snacks and you're on the road and you're just passing through and you need something to drink this is a good place to stop or stuff like that but their gas is way too pricey for the area that I would just pass this place by there is another gas station just a little bit down the road from this gas station that is much cheaper.

I'm grateful for the service when there is no other place to go at night, but prices on many beverages are half again or twice as much compared to other stores. I guess if the store is able to keep busy with the high prices, good for them!

Clerk talking to vendor about problems in store. Poor customer service. Tell the vendor to hold on a sec and then get back to them.

It's really a shame that you can't rate this business less than one star. The cashier Myra was a total b****. They charged me for 2 coffees because I mixed hot and cold together in one cup.

if I could I would put zero Stars. Put my personal problems aside, and no matter what the employees are extremely rude. I had gotten a car wreck and I had no choice but to put my car in their parking lot. I sat out there for hours. My phone had died and they would not let me charge my phone. On another day, I called just to ask if there the car was still there if it had been towed. And the lady spent a minute or two telling me she didn't know if it was there or not. Instead of walking out or looking out the window to see for herself . Then she continued to be rude and hung up on me multiple times. This place is horrible to their customers. And not to mention the rats all over outside around the garbage . who knows if they are inside.

So I recently started using this Marlboro app to buy cigarettes. It gives me 2 free coupon a week for $1.50 off of smokes. The app gives you 5 minutes to use them and it says the business is listed as a place to except coupons. When I tell the cashier, she immediately says in some snarky tone that they don't accept it and her manager doesn't allow coupons, but you could clearly tell she just didn't want to be bothered with it. This place sucks.

P.S. their gas is always priced waaayyy too high.

I was there recently, in a hurry to gas up, use the restroom, get a drink and head to work. (I work just down College Way from this particular AMPM.) Easy enough right? I pulled up, parked my car to the farthest left spot to where it would not be awkwardly in the way of other people pulling into the station to use the main parking spots in front of the store. I was trying to be polite. It was around 7:30am. I went inside, walking to the back to use the restroom and I noticed there was some maintenance equipment near the bathroom door. The clerk/cashier at the time was a stubby, feminine but clearly younger male employee who rudely told me that the bathroom was "out of order" without even making eye contact. I stormed out as fast as possible so that I could use the Chevron/McDonald's bathroom across the intersection before going to work. If you are familiar with Mount Vernon, then you have been through this intersection near the college. It is many times faster to run across on foot than get in your car, wait for traffic to clear before you can turn onto the road, just to merge over and wait for that endless light to change. I had to use the bathroom. Period.

I came back across to the intersection and got into my car to fuel up, to be met by that by conniving little cashier outside the store who came up to the passenger side window with the phone in his hand, stating "Next time, DON'T DO THAT," in his snappy, prissy little tone. "NOW... I have to call and cancel the tow truck." Then he turned around and walked inside, ignoring my explanation, ignoring the fact that I told him I intended to do business there and that I just had to use the bathroom. I would've had to pay and impound fee just because of this arrogant little twerp with nothing better to do than to call a tow truck on me for leaving my car unattended for no more than 5 minutes. I started my car and left infuriated, but I decided to call the store and report him to a manager. Just my luck: He answered. And after I identified myself and started to explain, he hung up on me. Let me be very clear. I have been going to this gas station for just shy of ten years. It was early in the morning, and I was not preventing a single car from parking. In fact, I was very much the only car in the entire parking lot - there wasn't even anyone FUELING UP at that time. If I had not rushed back, my car could have very well been gone. This employee should be FIRED for doing that to me, and at this point any performance correction they make in regards to what he did to me is irrelevant to me because I will never, ever go back to this gas station again.

Signs up everywhere for use of the app and it's discounts. But it's a lie, they literally lie to your face. The owner is a chucklehead who needs to get his fist out of his hole. Oh. And everything is priced higher than other ampms despite this one being pretty far from a freeway, so there's no real excuse to be charging what's charged here other than pure greed. 1 star is far too many.

They have horrible customer service. They have untrained and rude staff.

I went in to buy eggs, here on August 19th at 10:39 am. A young kid with black hair was working.

The price of the eggs said $4.99 on the shelf. They rang up as $5.99 and he refused to change the price. So he sat there arguing with me for about 5 minutes and finally said "Then i'm not going to sell you the eggs".

Is it really worth losing a long standing customer over $1?

I have been a long standing customer here becauae it is near my house. But i won't be coming back. Not eben for gas.

I buy slurpees from am/PM and 711 almost on a daily basis. I can go through 150oz in couple hours. I always grab the largest cup available, even if from the fountain drink section. At most I have been charged around $2.60 for a 52oz slurpee. This store tried to charge me $19.?? For a 2.99 cheeseburger and 3 52oz slurpees. I left them on counter. The guy is clueless as to how it actually works .
