Got the Royal treatment on my first visit. Extremely satisfied. Very efficient operation. Got to root of the problems quickly with x-rays, consultation, options, and action that cured 95% of the problem. Far better that expected for an initial visit for a person (me) with carpel tunnel syndrome. I expect further treatments may get me to the 99% level.

Dr Shah is GREAT.. I have had him do many surgeries, procedures,
l highly recommend Dr Shah. He is such an awesome guy, annd friendly personality. He is a State of the Art Excellent Surgeon. I really am fortunate to have him as my #1 go to Surgeon, especially since I am always a getting injured.

Although the virtual sign-in pad was a bit tricky, I was amazed and delighted with the medical staff. There was no long wait period- as some practices have; the x-ray technician was courteous and helpful- as were the nurses. Most of all, I was impressed by Dr. Shah. His "chair-side manner," knowledge and assessment of the situation and counsel were perfect. I used-to think I'd have to travel to L.A. to find such professionals... but that is not the case. These people are great!

Dr Shah and staff are one of a kind. Friendly, caring, and patient with my mother's follow up care. Highly recommend if you are in need of an ortho specialist.

The office staff was great and very quick to schedule my first and follow up appt. Dr Shah was amazing and his bedside manner made the visit very smooth.

My son broke his collarbone playing football. Dr. Shah fit us in the same day and was just amazing with my son. He took the time to explain things to us and we felt so comfortable. His front & back staff were also amazing. Front office was super on top of everything and the back office chair side manner was awesome! I would highly recommend Dr. Shah and the friendly, helpful, professional staff at Valley Orthopedic Institute. After being very frustrated with no clear plan for healing my broken hand from other very expensive hand specialists, I opted to pay out of pocket to see Dr. Shah. It was the best money I ever spent! First off the staff, including everybody from the scheduling department to the accounting/billing department, went above and beyond with their CAN DO ATTITUDE in scheduling me, checking and double checking to see if my insurance benefits covered my visit, and in finding out insurance didn’t cover the visit they told me exactly what my visit would cost out of pocket. Dr. Shah is highly respectable in appearance, manner, knowledge of his specialty and takes time to look you in the eye and explain everything in thorough detail. Dr. Shah has that certain confident and positive demeanor that makes you know you are in good hands. It was a very refreshing, positive, educational and relieving experience all at the same time. It is good to know there are still great people out there in the medical field that are passionate about what they do and truly do what they do because they care about people.
