Very thorough and professional. The house carpets came out in an xlnt manner and the stains have not come back. The equipment seems top notch with a truck mounted endless hot water supply. The carpets inside the house came out so well that I had the interior of my Ford truck cleaned. Superb. The owner is friendly, professional, and competent. Will definitely hire again. Not cheap, not the most expensive, but an excellent value.

Tim's Carpet Cleaning did carpet cleaning in my Whittier home. I saw all of his great reviews on Yelp and the Customer Lobby review site. I was very impressed. I have had other dry carpet cleaning companies come and clean the carpets in the past and I was never happy with the results. Tim's uses truck mounted steam cleaning and it really get all the deep down dirt, the food stains, and pet stains out of the carpets. He did such a great job I had him clean my upholstery and my furniture magically looks like new.

Good service

I really wanted to like this company but I’ve never had a worse experience with a carpet cleaner. After he left I went to set up fans to dry my carpets and discovered they were absolutely SATURATED. I’ve had more carpets cleanings than I could begin to count and am well aware that they’re going to be damp, but these were literally saturated. I had to get out every towel and sheet I own and put them down, soak up water, then put them in the dryer - then repeat six times before they were just damp enough to use fans to finish drying - all the while worrying like hell that it was going to reach the pad and cause problems. It appears there was no extraction, just application of cleaning fluid and water. So I’m having Stanley Steemer come next week to clean the carpets that are still dirty. Wasn’t planning to have two rooms cost me $300. ☹
