Customer service deserves a”0” star rating. Called to confirm my appointment on the same day since I didn’t receive a confirmation & I was hung up on 3X. Called & finally spoke to Emma who stated they would call a half an hour before my appointment to confirm. She called me back & left a message stating they tried to call & left a message (no message left) I called back and she said since I didn’t answer my phone they moved on to the next job & will reschedule me for the next day! I asked to cancel since I needed it today and she said ok Thank you & hung up. I tried calling back & no answer. I had this appointment set a week in advance. Trying to support local businesses & this is the Thanks I get!!!

My carpet was still dirty after it dried! Was wet in certain spots for 9 + hours. Would not recommend this company!!

Overpriced, poor quality work, were in to of a hurry missed several stains in a very small area, charged 250 dollars for 10 minutes of work
