Awesome customer service! I live out of state and wanted to send a birthday bottle of wine to a family member in Huntington Beach. Not only did the owner help choose a perfect wine, but also made a cute note card with a birthday wish. He then proceeded to deliver it and had to wait a considerable amount of time to get access to their property. All the while, he was on the phone with me keeping me updated. He never once seemed annoyed. I can't thank him enough . You're the best !
