My family has been going into cvs for years Tammy is always helpful today I was just adding money ony card but it was busy but I was treated with the respect like always from tammy

Love this location. Friendly staff and lotto kiosk always works unlike the other locations.
Only thing missing is security guard for outside since two pan handlers I've noticed.

Getting the Jab is confusing. I had heard that it was good to mix mRNA Vaccines because they genetic codes in them and thus would give you a greater level of immunity coverage. But I have also heard that one of the vaccines gives you greater protection against the new Omicron variant. I forgot which one. I walked into the store and the they did not know. So I went home and called in and talked to the pharmacist and was told whichever one you want to take is better. I decided to mix and match based on what I had read on Twitter; also I think I read on the internet a while back that Moderna has more genetic code from the virus. I was told there were no appointments available today, but when I made my appointment online there were several available today. I called in just to confirm and was told that my medication would be available at 8:00 instead of the 5:00 time on the appointment confirmation I printed out from their website.

So while I was waiting for Ross to open I had a nature call. I went over to cvs and asked to use restroom. I pulled up the girl was wiping the windows, I parked in the handicap parking. She clearly saw me. When I asked to use the restroom she told me it's not open. I'm disabled with a placard, can't walk far. She advised me I could go to stater Bros. Down the path. She didn't bother to say anything else. Very disappointing. If she had offered saying for customer only, I would have bought something. But no such offer was given. How can you expect people to come to your store, and you don't even have a restroom for customers. I was wearing a dress with sandals . Had my wallet car keys and phone in hand. I don't think I looked homeless. But in any case very disappointed in the way things were handled.

i am extremely shocked and amazed how cooperate has not fired or had this “ASIAN MANAGER” removed or into a few classes for her unprofessionalism with customers and educate her about her horrible attitude. My husband had a return to exchange for the same thing but she had such a bad attitude and extreme rudeness which scared me. We spoke with cooperate which allowed us to exchange it but this manager lady informed us that its based by a "managers discretion" and looked at him and said i will never do it nor cooperate cant make me with such an attitude! i was terrified to ask her for any questions. i shop at cvs and there other locations so often every week, but i will take my purchases elsewhere! please cooperate hire some professionals and replace this crazy lady before she attacks someone! !
