7-Eleven

I have nothing but good things to say about this 7/11! They are always friendly, and they even offered to make fresh pizza for me and they were quick and efficient with it! Always pick this out of all 7/11’s in HB.

Carlos made my day with his awesome greeting and friendly attitude. We could use a lot more people like acarkos in the world. 😇

Love the new interior remodel. Light an open, much easier to get what you want or need. The coffee counter is much ore open an accessible. The self service on the taquitos and hot dogs makes it move much faster at the cashier. Small parking lot and limited street parking are the only thing .

I love this store that lady that came to work that 6 months ago she sure has come far and always smiling and I hurt you used to be a journalist she could write a really nice story about the history of 7-Eleven I bet!

My favorite stop on the daily for a $1 cup of JOE...young Rasta lady playing the best high vibe music ever...good crew...raises my spirits ti head across the street to work at Sprouts in the Meat Department!

The 7-11 on Goldenwest and Warner is the friendliest ever. They go out of their way to make sure you get what you need

Although its a neat convenience store, the cashier doesn’t look like he knows what he's doing.

Car washed increased, ok. They say it’s updated, better and brand new. So the “works” increased from $10 to $12. I get it. So you should get what you pay for. I just went in wash, it completely missed 2 entire steps. I went in to complain that they need to check it bc it’s not working as it should. Cashier says ok I’ll let my boss know. I said I should get some sort of credit or something. He just nodded and said I’ll talk to my boss. I said “great new machine, but doesn’t deliver. You pay more but get less!” Will not be coming back if I don’t get results from their manager. I’ve been coming here for years. Horrible!! Get your “new” car wash in order and act together. Goodness sake!

This place has always been ... Fine. It's was remodeled not too long ago and is usually clean. I had a bad run in with one of the cashiers who was chatting with a customer after they finished and was ignoring me. I just gave up and left and on the way out he yells "have a nice day" in that infuriating, passive-aggresive FU way. Cool, so I turn around and tell him to refund the car wash I had bought but not used. They obviously don't care for my money. He refused to refund an unused car wash code. I had to contact their corporate office. For $10. It's a shame that it only takes one jerk to ruin a place's reputation but at least he got to flex in front of some strangers. Worth it for him I guess. I'm not going back.
