Top Notch service always remembers what I am getting always accurate with change always remembers my name the gentleman behind the counter is very friendly unless you are trying to shoplift or pull a scam at the gas pump which happens on a frequent basis in this neighborhood so don't believe the bad reviews from Hoodrats

I generally enjoy my visits at this paticular location simply due to the convenience of it being in my neighborhood ! The guys that work there are always respectful and kind ! However, I recently had knee surgery and so I was recently driving with a friend and may have left my keys in the store one night ? So b 4 walking all the way down there I thought to call and ask first . But as it turned out the only number they have for that store was disconnected ! Which seemed funny to me considering at any given time of day or night that you go to this station whoever is behind the counter is plugged into a full conversation on their phone ALWAYS ! And yet the buis phone is obsolete AMAZING !

There is a male person who is always at the register who has the worst attitude I have ever encountered. This person should NOT EVER BE IN COMMUNICATION WITH THE PUBLIC, PERIOD! I have been here multiple times and this last time recently we actually argued. I told him he had a horrible attitude and he should be fired for his rude disrespect. He swore at me and said, " FU, get the F&%* out!" I will never shot at this location ever!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANY BUSINESS!

I visited here a couple days ago and the clerk at the counter was terrible. I proceeded in to purchase the gas. And in my way out I asked if she can cash in my lottery tickets. They were a couple weeks old. However the writing was legible. She immediately tells me my tickets are old. And gives me an uglier look. She went back and forth with me never checking the tickets to see what my winnings were. I didn’t appreciate that. I told her never mind and left out. I knew I would leave a review and also never patronize this location again. I should have got a refund in my gas and driven down to 76 station. I like to be treated right with respect. I also will make a complaint to the ca lottery.And please don’t send me an apology. Go work on the people talk have at the forefront. Apparently there’s a customer service breach and the customer service is clearly a problem. Do better.

I have to leave this review in this order due to recent events & to gain the attention (from the business) it deserves; 5 star (customer service but 3 star or lower on coffee & fountain drink stations) down to 0 stars (disgusting/rude service, 2 star fridge stock, 3 star product stock & 2 star or less fountain drink stations) Explanation: so my husband & I have lived in the neighborhood of this gas station for 6 years, it's been the only place we make a point to fill up both our family vehicles & 2 business vehicles, & also recommend ALL our family, friends, & out of town visitors to do as well (the gas prices & quality are very fair & sufficient). Throughout the years our children & their friends (as well as us) frequent this gas station for snacks, last minute necessities, etc., We have always encountered great, helpful & most importantly...friendly staff (all hours of the day) to the point of equally acknowledging one another by name & building wonderful rapport. So I would always have given a 5 star review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because of that alone, but also the low gas prices & good stock/quality of products consistently available. I never took the time nor thought of leaving a review of this neighborhood convenience store (regrettably). But recently, within the past few months, I would guess, they have hired rude/bias staff members (1 gentlemen imparticular-especially!) that represents this place poorly & offends/intimidates customers to the point of no return! Again, I did not consider leaving a review for this matter, but I DID come very close to calling the customer service # listed on my receipts to report one male employees behavior (but decided it was not my job to handle, God will work it all out). So that brings me to my final part of this review story; I dreaded going to the store tonight & encountering that rude employee once again...but to my astonishment, there was a very kind employee (gentleman) who was working hard sweeping the grounds, but when he saw me approaching, smiled & ran to open the doors for me kindly & respectfully greeting me as I entered, asking if there was anything he could help me find. I was so amazed & touched by his kindness & eagerness to perform above & beyond in his role (way exceeding any expectations, in fact it was astonishing, considering what/who I thought I had to encounter! I felt like I was at the Ritz Carlton! Lol) I took the time to thank, compliment, & express my gratitude to him.. He told me his name is Anton Khalil, newly hired & he only works 2 nights per week.

So in the end, I learned, it is very important to take the extra steps to compliment, & leave positive reviews for the one's who deserve it, because we CAN really appreciate that kind of service...the negative reviews may not be as important, but if something is good...don't always expect it to speak for itself. If we leave enough feedback & compliments on the wonderful service we receive when we do, then the company may notice for itself when that stops standing out & investigate on their own what is the cause of the downfall. So please....COMPLIMENT/POSITIVELY REVIEW the ones well deserving of it!

For the free Horchata day she made my pay even though it CLEARLY said free Horchata. Don't recommend

the cashier is not a nice guy at all
I had trouble with the pump i moved my car when inside ans ask to make sure the it was canceled and he got mad at me he yield at the he knows his pumps and they all work I was like okay but i moved so can i just pay of gas for the other pump he took off his glasses and yield at me so more. I ask why he being so rude to me he just waved his finger in my face telling to talk with respect. i didn't say anything and walked out as i opened the door he told me F*** you get out!

the price of the gas is low but its not worth getting that BS

The pumps were not working. I went in to find out what the problem was. Antwan, the clerk, was extremely rude. He should not be working with the public. He was screaming at the customers. Numerous customers left...as did I.
Won’t be returning!
