I took my son's uniform to the cleaner today. My son attached his patches and badges with "Badge Magic Adhesive", which is super sticky, almost impossible to remove. When we tried to remove the outdated badges, the adhesive residue left on the uniform could not be removed or washed off. We tried so many ways but it just wouldn't come off, so I brought it to the cleaner. The owner did not look very friendly so I was a little worried. He took a look at the uniform, pointed out the issues and shook his head, so I thought he couldn't help. But surprisingly he took the uniform and applied something to the problem area. Then he used steam and some tools to brush the area and worked on it for quite a while. Then he gave me the uniform back and i found the glue residue was mostly gone! The owner then told me some tips on how to remove the rest of the residue myself at home, and he didn't charge me anything! Such a good person! Thank you so much!

I am a new customer who dropped off 4 long sleeve shirts to be dry cleaned and to add 2 Zippers to be sewn on which I provided them when I dropped off my shirts.
My initial thoughts when I dropped them off speaking to the man “Owner” of the dry cleaners was somewhat decent. However He kind of grabbed the shirts from me and began to unbutton them before I could even get a word out of what I wanted done. Wasn’t the most professional way to go about it, but I let it go.

I asked him what he was going to charge me to sew on the zippers he said “don’t worry I give you good deal”.. I personally don’t like it when I don’t get actual pricing up front for services I’m not sure of.

Today about an Hour ago (7-26-18 at 12:30pm) I went to go pick up my shirts only to find out the price... $75.00!!!!!!!

My initial reaction when told the total price was.... WHAT? HOW MUCH? The women that was helping me was his wife.

At the same time she was giving me the price, her Husband walked in from outside. This is the man who initially helped me.

I instantly said why so much. He said I charged you $25.00 to sew on each zipper ($25 x 2= $50) Keep in mind that I provided the zippers. And each shirt came to $5 each for cleaning, which is more then I’ve paid elsewhere in the city of BREA.

Usually I pay around $3.75 a shirt and usually $10.00 to have zippers sewn on. We recently moved within Brea. Around the corner from the cleaners , so I was trying this place out. FIRST TIME customer.

I told him I would have NEVER DROPPED them off if I would have known that you would be charging these INSANE prices. He replied with.. Silence..

I’m a person who believes the customers you serve keep YOUR BUSINESS GOING and for the most part should be always right, given this situation.

I will NEVER go here again and will tell other friends who live in Brea to NEVER go here either!!! The smug response and attitude was totally unacceptable and prices absolutely to way to Much!!!!!!!!!

Cant seem to remove minor stains from garments and they don let you know that they could not remove, so when you show up to work with stains on your shirts....not cool.
