I highly recommend State Farm to family, friends, and anyone looking for good car insurance. I had the best experience with Julie. I had multiple questions and she answered all of them. Definitely met my expectations. She isn’t like your usual representative. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would.

They're kind, patient, and understanding, I had a wonderful experience with Jennifer, she was very patient and polite! Alvin Medina was great help to me. I am currently in contract with another company that I am completely dissatisfied with and came to him after being referred by a friend. I use to have AAA . Until I called State Farm their a great insurance provider I pay a lot less for the same plan I had with AAA . I’ll never go to any other company. I’m a state farmer for life with inflation so high . I’m so glade I’m insured by a company that doesn’t take advantage of their customers. State Farm has been good to me. We were lucky to have Emery González help us with our auto insurance for our new car. She thoroughly understands all aspects of State Farm’s insurance policies. With a high level of expertise, Emery effectively and clearly explained and presented different options for insuring our auto. Before leaving the office, Emery made sure that we had a clear understanding of our auto coverage, what documents would be sent to us, how to review the documents, creating an online State Farm account and downloading the State Farm app to our phones. Emery also assured us that if we had any questions, she was there to help us and to just give her a call. Amazing service! Luisa Chai is fantastic. She gave me a quote and I compared with other companies. When honestly you can’t compete with State Farm. She let me know the key differences between State Farm and other companies. I don’t know how much she’s making, but she’s awesome and she deserves double what she’s getting paid. State Farm is the agency to choose and specifically Peter Chai’s office is the one to choose as well.

I would like to thank Alvin, he helped me start a renters policy for my new move. I was nervous at first with this being my first time having to get renters insurance but he was very efficient and friendly, we were able to get the policy settled in a few minutes and he even gave me some great information about deals and other policies that would benefit me.
