Amazing italian restaurant! Spinach gnocchi is amazing, but the best thing ive had here is the marinara sauce - and if thats amazing, you know everything else is too.

Great food and the chef was able to adapt to allergies. Friendly and efficient service. We'll be back.

My son and I went here for dinner, and were happy we did! The staff was very friendly, even though the restaurant was really busy. The food was delicious, and the serving size was quite generous. We were very hungry when we arrived, but the wait for a table wasn't too long, and our waitress was quick in getting our order in once we were seated, so we were enjoying our meal in no time! We both ordered chicken parmigiana, and were impressed with how good it was. The vegetables that came with it were very tasty as well. We are looking forward to eating here again soon!

Best italian food Ive had! Im usually not a fan of marinara, but I couldve eaten a bowl of it here! Everything was amazingly DELICIOUSLY flavourful!!

Another outstanding meal today from Lupo. Ordered take out, everything we ordered was in the bags. The food was on point and delicious. The bruscetta was great with lots of garlic. Ordered the rack of lamb for the first time, it was absolutely increadible! The marinera sauce on the pasta was the best i have had, bursting with flavor. I normally dont care for marinera but I will definatley order it here. The cheesecake is awsome, its not sweet, its creamy and savory.

My mom and sister tried this place out one night and loved it so much, they made us go with the very next day to eat again!

The food was very filling and great portions, also quite a steal of a price. We got some wine, apps, salads, and meals. We were barely able to start the meals by the time they came out because we were so full. Luckily I got leftover the next 2 days for work.

Favorite: Bruschetta app (perfect juiciness with a little bit of a bite)
Least favorite: the fried mozzarella and calamari (too fishy for my liking and oily)

Absolutely love this place. Food is good, service is better, the atmosphere is what makes the meal so special, and on any given night you’ll chat with the owner who is amazing. Ask him about your meal and which one to drink it with and you’ll see how much care goes into each dish and the menu as a whole.

Also, by far, my absolute favorite tiramisu ever made. Hands down. No chocolate in it; only goodness. I have literally ordered it by the sheet for work events.

We had a very comforting meal! The restaurant is just like I remembered back in 1979! The meal started off with the bread basket and balsamic vinegar. The others had thin crust pizza but I had the stuffed pork chop. It came with soup or salad. I chose the single caprese (tomatoes, mozzarella and basil). It also came with a side of noodles or spinach gnocchi. The pork chop was quite large and was great the next day. We will definitely be back.

I'm Italian so I've eaten my fair share of pasta in my day. This restaurant is hands down the BEST Italian food I've eaten out. The atmosphere is inviting & the wait staff are great! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great meal.

So very sorry to learn that they are being forced out of business due to raised rent (in a dying shopping center?)--as though it was not enough to have to try coping with Covid restraints?

Hopefully, they'll be able to re-open elsewhere soon!

I have been going to this restaurant for nearly 30 years - so since I was born.

Lupo's deserves 5 stars because its always good food. From their pizza's to probably some of the best gnocchi i've had anywhere - a statement that has been repeated to me by nearly half a dozen people - the food is just amazing.

This place is a jewel.

I've been eating here almost my entire life (no joke, Mom & Dad first went when I was 2), and gave me my first job in high school. The menu has something for everyone, and nightly specials include everything from soup specials you rarely see outside of a traditional Italian wedding, to lamb chops and espresso-rubbed steak. Try the spinach gnocci (made in-house) if you get a chance.

I have been eating here since I was a little girl. By far, the best Italian food ever. I’ve since moved to Arizona, but I make it a point to eat here whenever I am in town. Try the fried mozzarella. It’s freakin’ amazing. Thank me later.

This is the best authentic Italian food I have ever had. I have been eating here for about 20 years. The staff is great and working hard to keep their doors open after the 2020 covid shutdowns.

So amazing! Real, old fashioned Italian food to fill your heart. An oasis of care and quality. Bit noisy, but it’s an Italian restaurant! Always the best part of our time in Southern California.

The lasagna was superb and came in a very large portion. I have eaten a lot of lasagna from a lot of different places, this was excellent. The tiramisu was just as delicious. Service was fast and very nice. I will return and strongly suggest you give it a try as well.

My family has been eating here since long before I was born & the quality, taste & friendliness has not changed. The Manicotti & Spinach Gnocchi are my favourites, though they have other vegetarian dishes. Meat eaters love the Lasagna, Calamari Dore, marsala.... Their house baked bread is fantastic.

Great food, great atmosphere, great service. This place has been around since I was born (50+ years ago) and the quality is still the same. If you're lucky, you might catch the original owner during vacation periods, as he comes to visit from Italy to see his son & family that now run the restaurant.

My absolutely favorite Italian restaurant. We have been eating at Lupo's since 1992 and have never had a bad meal. The minestrone soup is perfection. Fav dish is the Calamari Dora with spinach gnocchi. We have a family celebration here EVERY year near Christmas with 20+ people - the service is friendly and prompt, the food is excellent, and the prices are reasonable.
