Billy's Cafe

The food was delicious! We were able to split a Reuben and had a cup of clam chowder with that. They were extremely busy. We really enjoyed the atmosphere.

Edit: I wanted to add that they only accept cash, Venmo, or PayPal.

The food here was so delicious and the staff were very kind and attentive! I got a breakfast burrito and my husband got a chicken fried steak. I’ve tried many chicken fried steaks and this was hands-down one of my all-time favorites! I will absolutely come back here again.

Top notch service and atmosphere! Food was awesome! Always had a full cup of coffee and all the patrons were like family welcoming me like I'd been away for many months of Sundays. Best place in the valley but if you go there, better not take your visa or master card. Bring the green cause they don't do plastic here! What a fresh sight to behold!

Wait staff is awesome. Super friendly. Sat at the counter, Chef Ron came up and chatted us up for a bit. Good strawberry freezer jam, great diner coffee. Home made Thousand Island dressing was 🔥

Service, service, service!! Let me say it loud and clear.... SERVICE!!! When the entire staff of a restaurant is present, connected, participating and involved it shows and we are paying attention! Matter of fact, we love the attention! The entire staff was funny, friendly and attentive to each and every customer.

The food is amazing cafe food served hot and fast! The portions are huge so come hungry or have room in the fridge for some great leftovers! The Chicken Fried Steak and CFS Burrito will definitely feed two folks each, as will a whole lot of other menu items! The servers need to be body builders to carry some of those loads!! Hubby had the Chicken Fried Steak and could only eat half! I had a few bites to help him out and it was delicious, just as important, the gravy was seasoned and had a real good texture. Our adult daughter had the breakfast burrito and had to take half of it home! I had a "normal" breakfast and it was all cooked to perfect order including the eggs and hashbrowns extra crispy!

Billy's is the #1 rated breakfast place in Burlington for a few reasons, the top two being the service and portions of delicious food! I highly recommend a visit and will definitely be back when in the area!

Today we had breakfast at Billy’s Cafe. It was a fantastic diner-style restaurant with great service. (Pretty sure the images that I snapped speak for themselves when it comes to the food.) Everything was hot, fresh, delicious and perfect. I highly recommend this place for a true American 5-star meal. Plus, the service was great. Thanks Billy’s, we’ll be back soon!

WOW!!! Our first time here and we were so impressed with the food and service. Great, big piping hot cups of coffee along with our Tomato Bacon Eggs Benedict were excellent. The showstopper, without a doubt, is their Biscuits & Gravy! UNBELIEVABLY DELICIOUS! Be sure to plan time; we thought we'd miss the breakfast rush going at 10:00 on a Monday, but even then they were packed. Definitely a local favorite and, now, one of ours too! Highly recommended! We will definitely be back! THANK YOU!

OMG!! This place was awesome. The breakfast here was so good. Me and my husband had a big breakfast before we headed into Northern Cascade. We were full tummy all day. Thank you to the guy that cook our breakfast. Waitress was so nice. Not expensive. I love the Seahawks sign. Enjoy 😉

Went for our first time. Atmosphere was very nice! I loved the flags around the inside of the restaurant. I ordered the cinnamon bun pancakes, the center tasted under cooked. After having a conversation with the chef (who kindly came out to our table) it turned out that it’s because of the different ingredients of this kind of pancake (I’ve never ordered this kind before). They were prompt to take care of me and make sure I was happy.
My wife ordered the eggs Benedict, the hollandaise sauce is made fresh in house we were told, and it’s absolutely delicious!
The staff was so very kind and welcoming, we really felt like we were somewhere we’d been going for years. We can’t wait to come back and try other dishes

My wife and I found Billy's when we moved to Sedro-Woolley, and we loved it. We've been coming back for a couple years now and it's always so damn good. We almost always get Shelby too, and he's such a an awesome guy. If you're in the area and wanting a classic American diner breakfast, you can't get better. I always get the Farmer and my wife LOVES their crepes. 10/10

The pancakes and bacon were awesome. The place is small and packed so the food was a little slow to come out, due to how many people were in there, but worth the wait and it was hot when it came out. Everyone was very friendly. I will go again for sure!

This is a what I think of when I think of a cafe... Small dining area, Freindly wait-staff, booths, tables or eat at the counter. I had the country fried steak (it was Great!) my wife had the Reuben sandwich (it was too much for her so I got half of that later that night and it was really good, too!) We'll definitely be going back to try some of the other dishes.

Don't let the building fool you! Great little locals cafe, good food, good service! The cinnamon roll french toast is yummy! Hashbrowns are cooked just right too! Note this is a cash only establishment.

Billy’s is a local cafe in Burlington, Wa not far off of the I-5 freeway yet in the downtown. It is run by a husband and wife team and on the weekends and summers you might even see their son Billy helping out. It is a cute cafe. Very local. If you go often you can even get your own coffee mug to leave there. I am telling you, you cannot go wrong at this place.

The best chicken fried steak I've had in years! The biscuit was unreal, so buttery! The service was impeccable. Solid breakfast joint. They need a kissing fingertips emoji for this place.5/5🤤

A little on the spendy side for a bacon cheeseburger w/ fries and a soda. But I believe you get what you pay for. I was craving a delicious Burger and Billy’s delivered. They will even make fresh bacon for you. Cash only restaurant. $19.51
