Cute coffee shop. Antique decor inside is super cool. There was quite a line, but the coffee and pastries were worth it.

I ordered the dirty horchata, it was fantastic and had the perfect amount of spice from the cinnamon.

The almond croissant was super flaky and fluffy.

The customer service was great even with how busy it was.

That’s a fantastic place to get your dose of caffeine. Chill setting, a beautiful view of the mountain, and cute decor. Today, I ordered my first chocolate banana latte and it changed my life.

It’s like the scene from the movie Ratatouille when the food critic tasted the dish and then was transported to his childhood memories. It’s simply delicious! My most favorite coffee drink right now. Highly recommend to check this place out!

Awesome decor! Got the PSL dirty chai with oatmilk, it was good! Next time gonna try the food, it smelled GREAT.

So far from all of the coffee places I’ve tried in Burbank, this is my favorite! Everyone was SO nice who was working. I love how small and quaint it is & the cute decor/shop. Not to mention, my iced white chocolate latte with oat milk was absolutely delicious. Looking forward to becoming a regular here.

Ugly Mug has become my go-to coffee shop for a Lavendar latte. The baristas are cherry and friendly. I love the outdoor seat set up

I decided to check out this coffee shop just because of the name. I love coffee shops that have something to say and that are not a large chain.

This shop hit it! Super friendly staff and just as important great coffee! I sat out from and sipped away my drink as I contemplated what to do in the morning.

Highly recommend checking this place out!

Nice little small coffee shop. The coffee is really good. Everyone is nice. I wish they had one more person working there during pick hours. Other than that I enjoy going there after dropping off my son.

The lattes here are great and so happy to see more places offer milk alternatives. And their seasonal flavors are great too! Love coming here and having the nicest people working here and taking my order.

The cashier was so sweet and the place seemed really nice and comforting. It’s really cool and great mochas blended!

Stopped by this cute little coffee shop on a Sunday afternoon and I was very impressed by not only the service but the establishment and amazing matcha. I’m such a fiend for matcha and this oatmilk matcha was probably the best one I’ve had that I haven’t made. I also tried the apple turnover and it was delicious. The shop is small but has outdoor seating. Very cute inside also. They don’t take cash but who carries cash nowadays anyways.

Great place to go and sit and relax, have some AMAZING coffee and watch the day go by. We had the Pumpkin and Blueberry Muffins and they were sooo good! Tip: Get them warmed up!

I've always loved this place but it was elevated enough for me to give a review because of the amazing and outstanding service from Skye. Skye makes every visit to the ugly mug the best! Whoever reads this needs to make sure to give this feedback to Skye cause her service is impeccable.

The atmosphere is cute at first but after standing in line for a bit, it started to feel cloying and unnatural. Can I say that on here? Cloying? Like a direct to VHS movie starring Ernest Borgnine.

The staff were all so welcoming and I love the variety of drinks they have here. I got the iced chocolate banana latte which was LIFE CHANGING and my partner got the banana chai which was the best chai we’ve ever had. This is one of the best coffee spots in Burbank. You can tell by the line of people waiting and sitting outside that this is a great spot.

I’ve come for the banana chocolate latte 8 days in a row. It’s consistently good every time. Bri, the barista is always so friendly and welcoming along with all of their staff. I love the decor inside and it’s always a warm feeling when you walk in.

Cute little coffee spot. The vibe is very homey and the staff is incredible. They always so cheerful and sweet. They always have great music on so that’s a big plus.

We go in a lot as my boyfriend is obsessed with the blueberry iced coffee. He says that it’s the perfect, subtle blend of blueberries and coffee.

Their Harry Potter “costumes” were so cute! It was only for October tho. They also sell lots of HP and popculture stickers for $1. Just park around the corner on the very open street.

A pleasant place with great tasting coffee. Consistently a perfect mix of flavors, non overwhelming the other. Their service is 10/10. Fast, friendly and efficient. Feels like I am wasting my money going anywhere else.

Was travelling and needed a caffeine bump. Had a single shot cappuccino which hit the spot. Easily the best coffee shop in Burbank, California. Definitely will be back.

Stopped by for some Sunday morning drinks and was not disappointed! Loved the lavender menu and the baristas were kind, quick, and happy to be there. There were lots of tables outside to sit at and everything was clean and beautiful. Also got the brownie and it was THE BEST BROWNIE EVER - highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back!
