If I could I’d give them more than a 5. After a very bad experience with another plumbing company this experience was a breath of fresh air. Over the phone he diagnosed the problem with my hot water heater and it was a simple and inexpensive solution. I also had them replace an old pressure control valve which took some ingenuity to complete the job. Kurt did an amazing job!

Called to get a quote to see what might be causing the water on our floor. Gave me a potential quick fix over the phone, and didn't shame me when I called back with another question. Very nice, honest guy. Will definitely use in the future for projects!

Berentson Plumbing called me back and patiently explained how to safely get my hot water back on after 6 days of frozen hot water pipes. Every other plumber we called was 3 or 4 days out from helping us, many households had problems. There was a burst water pipe in my garage. Berentson Plumbing had a man on the job as soon as the insurance inspector allowed it. The gentleman who came to do the work was courteous and very quick to get the job done. Berentson Plumbing is the best!

I had a slow water leak going into my garage near the hot water tank. There was some evidence the hot water tank was leaking on top so I asked John to replace the tank. That didn't solve the problem, so he came back two days later and it took him awhile because the leak was mysterious. He eventually found it and replace the drain connection for my upstairs shower. I had just had that same drain fixed six years ago by a different plumber who I thought was good. John explained there are two ways to repair a drain and most plumbers use a quicker but less reliable method. John has been doing this for a long time and I appreciated his experience in this situation. Dave, the business owner, called me the next morning after I first called near the end of business hours the day before. He was easy to talk with and helpful. So far I'm happy with the results. I felt like I got good old fashioned service, which is in short supply these days. Much appreciated! I feel like the prices charged were fair, considering how expensive plumbing work can be.
