Love the inclusivity. The woman with the piercing and dark hair wearing a playboy shirt that help my partner and I the other week was amazing, super knowledgeable and helpful. Always a great time in this store!

Absolutely love this place! My husband and I always feel super comfortable and welcomed! The staff is super in tune with our needs and match us with the best products! We love to try out new stuff and this place always has the latest and greatest!

Always a great way to shop, but today Tru was very very helpful in our decisions, informed us of necessary upkeep with an item we didn't realize needed it and helped us get what we actually needed.

Staff (Milo and I think it was Abbey) welcome and inform you of the products, their safety and general usage opportunities. I was by myself and did not feel anxious about viewing, testing, or discussing the many items I was interested in. The store is clean, designed well, has high quality and good selection of products, garments, and toys. Prices are comparable, but the sales make it very accessible to many incomes. The staff made it a point of telling me of additional savings that I was eligible for, and encouraged me to use my many purchase points for some enticing gifts. I wish there were more stores like this!

They girls here are SOOOO friendly and helpful! They have a good selection. Sexy lingerie or whatever floats your boat. They have something for everyone and then some. If you're looking for toys, this is your place! They even have a rewards program. Curb side pickup was also available. Good sales and great customer service!
