Great people to work with

By far the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with! Absolutely no communication. You can call and text numerous times and get nothing! Or its Im sick or Im out of town! He didn't let our bank know we had insurance they added $2500 to our loan. It took months to have him send in the declaration pages. I finally got fed up with the no communication and went with another company. That same day I let him know I needed to cancel my policy. What do you know I get an instant response from him asking if I recieved his new quote he sent me. Lol no I didn't he never sent it. I asked him to just flat out cancel all our policies. He couldn't even do that! He still left one policy which they tried to withdraw today. I had to pay my bank to stop payment! When I let him know he left one and it need it canceld so they dont send me to collections he says he's out of town. When you own your own business your never on vacation!
