I messaged them to see if I could have my dress sent the next day for my gender reveal and they were so helpful. Surely enoug I received my dress the very next day 🤍

I ordered 2 dresses I like the style but the color DOES NOT LOOK LIKE IN THE PICTURE

If you order and return something: YOU DONT GET TAXES BACK, STORE CREDIT ONLY & YOU CANNOT GET THE SALE PRICE, nor FREE SHIPPING (you pay for the next shipping). I came at a loss of $30 plus lost out on 20% (an additional $40). I lost $70 by making an initial purchase of $237.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. They do not email you like a professional would. The only way to get a hold of their customer service is DM on instagram. They take days if not WEEKS to reach back out. They don’t send an email letting you know if you’re package has shipped, they don’t include an invoice in their packages, The clothes is cheap for the price that they sell their clothes. The lack of care for their customers and very poor customer service is what made me stop shopping here. Also, NO VARIETY. Just another low quality cali shop.

I should have looked up reviews before purchasing here. I can see why their ratings are so low. I bought 2 dresses from here, one was white and very transparent, the material is very thin, a bad idea for a form fitting white dress. You can completely see through it, cheap material. The other did not look like the picture at all, the pictures are probably very edited/filtered. Aside from that, I was told there is only a 7 day grace period to do returns which is a ridiculous policy because it is not enough time but I think that is their point as to not have to deal with returns. It’s also not clearly listed when you purchase therefore I was unable to return. I was not even offered store credit. Customer service via email was cold and short, they do not care about their customers obviously. I will not be buying from here again!

Y solo me dejan en visto cuando les mande el mensaje this is not fair

Tube que hacer un return porque no era el size correcto y la boutique me enviaría un código para poder comprar lo que ya había gastado, pero prefirió bloquearme.
