Super helpful

I have been having issues with my phone. I called this location to see what my options are.

I spoke with U Break I Fix. The person I spoke with was not very kind or patient.

I called Simply Mac. The person I spoke with was super kind & helpful.

It will cost less money for me to upgrade my phone than pay to fix it.

I get my new phone, am still having issues. I called Simply Mac & again, the representative was super kind & helpful.

I will be going back to this location with issues in the future

These guys are fantastic!! Super professional, helpful, and pleasant. My iPhone 6 was having mystery issues and they went above and beyond to determine the problem and resolve it. I am so impressed and wanted to post my experience since I've seen negative reviews on this site. There were several other people in the store who were also extremely happy with the service they received.

I had a completely opposite experience at the Verizon store, which is in the same parking lot! The employee there was rude and dismissive after I waited an excessive amount of time to be seen. Verizon did not take the time to diagnose the phone issue once they noticed a very small scratch on the edge of the phone (which I never noticed). He told me to contact the insurance company and went on to the next person. Lazy and a complete waste of time. The insurance company wanted to know what Verizon found before they could help me ....

I decided to take a chance on Simply Mac.

The Simply Mac technicians quickly found the issue with the phone and it had nothing to do with a scratch. I would advise everyone to avoid the Verizon store and go immediately to Simply Mac.

Fantastic customer service! I brought my Macbook in to have the keyboard repaired, and I was told it would take 3-5 days for it be fixed. I was able to pick it up the next day! I was very impressed with the turn around time. The guys who helped me were very nice and friendly. Thanks for offering such great service!

We purchased two MacBook Air laptop computers from this Simply Mac location just over three years ago. The sales staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The purchase was handled efficiently. I have had two times of needing service. On both occasions we were greeted quickly, the problem was diagnosed efficiently, and the repairs were accomplished in a timely and professional manner. I have never been to Simply Mac prior to bringing in a Mac Notebook I got from my dad after he passed away. They were able to fix the swollen battery and reinstall/update the start up programs that were accidentally deleted - all under warranty. I didn't think that was possible.
They were friendly from the time I walked in the door, giving me full details and timelines. I was extremely impressed with the staff and service given⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had some issues with my iPhone and these guys were super helpful in getting me my new replacement phone. It took 1 day for them to get me my new iPhone, I wasn’t expecting it to be this fast since it’s not an Apple Store and I know they have to order one directly from Apple. Both gentlemen I worked with were awesome!

I started having troubles pairing my air pods. What was nice was that they were able to access my warranty records as they were purchased at Costco. Turns out they couldn’t fix the problem there so Apple sent me a new pair under warranty for free.

I pulled up to this store & saw that no one else was inside. Right as I was getting out of my car 4 women walked up before me…bummer, I thought.
I went in, & immediately the guy at the booth said he’d be with me ASAP. I placed my new iPad on the counter & told him that’s my spot as your next customer. He smiled & said yes! I waited as he resumed with the first customer. I looked around at the items for sale, & within minutes, Mathew, another associate came up to me asking what He could do to help. At this time 3 other people arrived. This young man looked and with the help of a 3rd employee, found the screen saver my new iPad pro needed. He offered to put it on at no cost. I paid for the screen saver and within 5 minutes Mathew had it on! Much better than any other screen saver I’ve had, & I’ve had many!
Thank you employees here at this Apple store, called Simply Mac in St. George, Utah. I will recommend you and I’ll be back!

My IPhone 5s is starting to function well again after Simply Mac changed the battery on 12-15-18. Few days after the battery changed, I got confused & worried because my IPhone 5s was functioning worst than ever before. I have to charge it more often. I went to Setting and right away changed the Brightness to half way and Auto Lock to 30 sec. It worked!!! I don't have to charge it quite often nowadays. It is working properly. Thank you.

I had excellent service from Stephen, Matt at the tech end and Caleb on the front customer showroom. The diagnosed a faulty hard drive on my 27" iMac. The new one was installed quickly and the price was fair. Throughout the process, I was kept in the loop on any issues and the options to proceed. I'm very satisfied with all aspects during service and the final results.

The simply Mac store is an attractive place, the people that work there are a pleasant bunch of crooks. Let me explain.

I have an 11 year old Imax that stopped functioning. The clerks said it was too old to repair and was no longer supported by Apple. But for $70 they would take a look at it. I paid, 3 days later I went into inquire and was told they were going to look at it at that very moment. 2 moments later they gave me the bad news, mine was not repairable.

To replace it would cost $2000 +. And then they wanted $500 to move the data from the old I max to the new one. Well, I was not impressed. I ended up going back to a PC, and even with an optional 31 inch monitor, my total expenditure with all my data transferred from the old broken Apple to the new pc was $1300. And that’s with running diagnostics to make sure the I max was kaput.

Apple or Simply MAC has their head a long way up you might guess where. Apple is not worth what simply Mac is asking and labor charges are so excessive I could not justify the expenditure for a new I max that had a lot less features than my old Apple.

Since I am now an Android person I don’t see myself going back to simply Mac for anything.

I accidentally dropped my iPhone in water and placed it in a bag of rice to dry out ... phone charger wouldn't fit snugly in the charging port because a kernel of rice got stuck and wouldn't budge. So yesterday I visited your St. George store in the desperate hopes of having my iPhone fixed. John immediately put me at ease and said he could fix it! Within a few minutes he returned with my phone ready to be charged and refused to accept payment. John you saved the day for me! Thank you!

BEST service hands down! I came in for help on one thing and they couldn't really figure it out, but found a work around that worked for me. THEN I was frustrated with a feature on Verizon and they worked with me until we found a work around for that TOO! Best customer service - going above and beyond - THANK YOU!

Great experience and fast repair. I felt like their service was better than an Apple retail store. Highly recommend for in a pinch repairs like my iPhone 12 Pro screen. Thanks Simply Mac!

Took 2, ten year old iMac's in for a malware scan and cleanse. Both computers are at High Sierra, version 10.13.6 and hadn't had a malware scan for 3 years. Cost us $70.00 per computer...they took them in at noon on a Tuesday and had them done by 11:00 am the next day. Everyone was respectful and polite through the entire process...been going to this store since it opened about 9 years ago and watched it go through crazy, busy times and slow times. Luckily, this visit wait time was only 10 minutes.

I woke up this morning to my IphoneX not working. I live in another state and am here visiting. I tried a hard restart, tried plugging it into my lap top, tried using different chargers thinking it just didn’t charge overnight, tried getting on apple to talk to someone from their website only to need my phone’s serial number which was impossible since my phone wouldn’t turn on for me to look it up in Settings. I was on my way to Vegas for the nearest Apple store when a guy at AT&T recommended that I try Simply MAC first. I walked in and was greeted immediately by Amanda. She knew exactly what was wrong with my phone. She was able to restore it to factory settings where I could log in and recover everything from my iCloud. I didn’t lose any pictures which I had feared. She saved me a 2 hour drive and made my day! Thank you so much Amanda for your help.

Verizon told us they could not do anything and we should upgrade to a new phone.

The Simply Mac tech was able to reload the latest version of the OS and restore the data from iTunes to bring the phone back to life.

I've been there a few different times now for some problems i'm having with an old i pad. And each time they have been so helpful and patient with me. I love the tech's this time i was helped by Kyle and the fact that i have a place to go for help is a blessing . I live in Cedar city and have to travel to St. George but it is so worth the travel . I make my appointment and when i get there they are ready to help. One thing I ask is that maybe they can fix their WiFi in store , seems like a support place shouldn't have as much trouble with it since downloading is what they do all day. They quickly fixed two oft my devices so that I could be back up and running after my toddler shattered both! Quick and straight forward. A little expensive, but with prices set by Apple they don’t have a choice in that, but I wouldn’t be hesitant to use them again at all.

Simply Mac personnel was terrific on all of the Apple Computers we were looking at to buy. The price was very competitive and the salesman took the time to explain everything we asked about the products.
I would recommend them to all my friends in need of Apple products.
