I was having a hard time finding a gym that would fit perfectly in my schedule,then my Aunt invited me to take a class with her at Xtreme Solutions Gym. Right away I felt welcomed and since January I’ve never stopped attending. Sean and Nico are both amazing trainers they get to know you as an individual which is hard to find nowadays with other trainers. They care for your health and have many recommendations that work best for you. Not only are they good to me,but to my one year old daughter who is always at the gym with me. She always feels free to run and play and she sometimes has Nico and Sean chasing after her. I strongly recommend this gym not only because they are hard core in there workouts,but also because they make you feel like family.

Love the work out sessions with Sean & Nico. <3 They're both amazing people, not only are they extremely welcoming but they truly become family. I've been working out with them for almost 4 months and I cannot see myself going anywhere else. The environment is extremely positive, they motivate you and if your having a rough day you can count on them to cheer you up. They're sessions consist of tough but effective workouts. They also offer meal plans and good healthy supplements. I've noticed drastic changes on my overall mental health plus my physique. By far the best gym I've ever worked out at. Love the small group training sessions. From the min you walk in you are greeted with smiles. Everyone at the gym is motivating and encouraging. Love the small gym family atmosphere. Sean and Nico are great trainers who really care about your results. They will research any questions you have if they don't already know the answer. They have nutrition classes and can give you detailed food plans. I've had great results since working out at xtreme solutions gym.

Xtreme solutions gym was the best gym decision I ever made. This gym is like No other and is for those who are wanting to make s drastic lifestyle change. Sean and nico lynch are such amazing and humble men. They are not just my trainers but have become my great friends. You will not only start to look better but you will also begin to feel more confident about yourself. When entering the gym you may be a stranger but you will leave feeling as if you have been there for years. Sean and nick will push and motivate you but at the same time have some fun with it. With all the knowledge that Sean has and what he has taught his son nico I fully trust them with any nutrition and workout advice they give me. I would definitely recommend Xtreme Solutions Gym to anyone.You come in and the environment is all friendly. You have two great amazing trainers that not only know what they do, but strive to push you and motivate you. Honestly, you will never leave without a great sense of accomplishment. Personally, it has been a great experience coming in and working out with such great people.Sean & Nic have been extremely helpful helping me build a stronger self, gaining upper strength and preparing me for the Correctional Deputy Academy. I always look forward to coming in and working out. By far the best decision I have ever made.

I love Xtreme Solutions Gym! The atmosphere that trainers and owners Sean & Nico have built is truly one of a kind. They've created a gym family that helps motivate you in pushing through the pain and soreness of the intense workouts. Throughout your session you can hear members & trainers cheering each other on and cracking jokes. Sean & Nico will push you to your limits and after you'll feel a great sense of accomplishment. They really love what they do and it shows.

Xtreme Solutions Gym is not a gym where you'll find people socializing and standing around on their phones; it's a place where people really immerse themselves in their training, and really, that's the way gyms should be. But don't let that intimidate you, what I love most about Xtreme Solutions Gym is that you can walk in as a complete stranger to the world of fitness and feel just as comfortable as someone who has been working out for years.

Xtreme Solutions Gym has everything you will ever need and more, Sean and Nico Lynch are awesome people and I am happy to be a part of the Xtreme Solutions Gym family!

To be honest.... They are the most honest, kind, caring, thoughtful, encouraging, uplifting, understanding, patient, fun, funny, generous, helpful, always positive, very knowledgeable about what they do, that's just to name a few things... I can go on................................ I have been at this gym for about 3 years, maybe a little more and I don't regret any time there. They always hear you out. These trainers are not like any trainer you will meet in my opinion. They do more than any other personal trainer or gym does. They are blessed and whoever is trained by them is also blessed! I love those guys!!

OMG I have to say that this by far is the best gym I have been a part of. I'm training for the 2016 Olympics in Track & Field and I've never felt as strong and fit in my life. I'm quicker and stronger now. The trainers are great they can work with you one on one and the other members are awesome we are like a family,very supportive. I would strongly recommend Xtreme Solutions Gym its fun and hard work with great results.

I have been apart of this gym for about a year and an half and I have never experienced such an open door, friendly, family oriented environment. I have spent over 8 years in martial arts and been put through some tough work outs, but by far Xtreme Solutions Gym has been my toughest yet. I am currently a Police Trainee at the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Academy, and if not for Xtreme Solutions Gym, I would not be able to pass the physical and rigorous training that is demanded that of a Police trainee of the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Academy. Unlike your other gyms out there that are open all hours of the night and day, that don’t have time to help you work out and properly show you the proper technique; Xtreme Solution Gym’s trainers are always there to help you. I highly and strongly recommend Xtreme Solutions Gym to anyone who is looking to change their life style and becoming healthy, and working out.

Sean and Nick are AMAZING. That's the first word I think of to describe them. I started out emailing with Sean and he answered all of the 50 questions I had. I knew I didn't need to look elsewhere after that. My first day I was so nervous, but that went right out the door as soon as I shook Sean's hand. You instantly feel right at home when you walk through their door. I have only been coming to Xtreme Solutions Gym for about two weeks now doing one on ones with Sean and I have been so happy. Sean gives me that motivation and push I need to continue my workouts and to not stop when it starts to hurt. Even though Nic doesn't train me, he is always there to support me and cheer me on. I also love the fact that Sean is so easy to converse with and they are REAL conversations. No gym/trainer will ever compare to Xtreme Solutions with Sean and Nic. I KNOW they will help me achieve my goals and will be there to support me every step of the way. They make me excited to workout, even though I may not feel that way when our sessions are done ;) Thank you Sean and Nic for being two of the best people I have ever met!

I recently moved to Riverside and wanted to find a Gym. In the past, I've had memberships to big "chain" Gyms and knew I wanted something smaller and more personable this time around. After researching and touring a few local gyms, I came upon a Groupon for Xtreme Solutions Gym(XSG). After scoping them out online and reading all their great reviews, I called to ask a few questions. One of the co-owners, Sean answered my call right away and we had a great chat. He was very patient, kind and knowledge. Sean invited me to come and take a free class to get a feel for what XSG was all about. I mentioned the Groupon deal to him and he explained that if I liked the free class and wanted to join, there was a better offer he would give me that would actually save me some money! A few days later I attended a class and was impressed the moment I walked through the door. Sean and his son Nic(who is the other co-owner) made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. It was totally obvious they both have a huge passion for their jobs, clients and for fitness in general. I must have asked a hundred questions that first night and by the time class was over, I knew I had found my new Gym 'home.' As of today, I've been attending XSG for a month, hitting class about four to five days a week. After four weeks, I am happy to report that I am just as excited to walk through the door as I was that first night. Sean and Nic have created an environment in which their clients actually enjoy themselves and have fun when they work out. Because they are so good at what they do and so passionate and motivating, Sean and Nic have attracted a group of clientele that love to work out and who support/motivate each other. Everyone knows each other's names and the comradery is so genuine. Also, since Sean and Nic are the only two coaches, coupled with the fact that they limit the amount of clients they take on, you actually get to developed a one-on-one relationship with them. They always ask about my family and remember all the details I've shared. One of the other things that I love about XSG is that they include monthly group nutritional Q&A sessions. Sean and Nic are just as knowledgeable about nutrition as they are about exercise and all of their clients benefit immensely because of that. XSG approaches fitness as treating the mind and body, both inside and out. I love this place. Sean and Nico are the best at what they do. I came here to improve my quality of life. And I am definitely on my way. This is the best gym I've ever been to. The trainers are great and very passionate about what they do. Also all the members are great to be around and really care about each other. I don't ever see myself going to any other gym again.

I love this gym! Everyone gets along and is supported by one another and everyone that comes in has a goal to achieve, whether it's to lose weight or train for whatever they want to do. The trainers are great people and I highly encourage whoever is reading this to try it out...you won't regret it.

Great gym with amazing trainers that truely care about your progress. The group classes are challenging and fun at the same time. I love this gym and would recomend anyone to give it a shot. You won't be disappointed.

This post is over due.I have been training at extreme solutions gym for a couple of years now.Sean and Nikko a father and son team that really know about proper nutrition and old school training techniques. went to Extreme Solutions when I wasn't seeing any results training on my own.Iam in a wheelchair so training and nutrition is a little different then your average person.They designed me a personal diet and training plan to fit my fitness goals.once you meet Sean and Nikko you can tell they truly love changing people's lives in a positive way.I have changed my physique more than I ever thought was possible I am a client for life.If you want results Go talk to Sean and Nikko at Extreme Solutions. If your competing in bodybuilding or just want to get in shape .Hands down Extreme solutions is the place.

Sean and Nic have changed my life. They're knowledgeable, passionate and genuinely invested in their clients' success. My only regret is that I didn't find Xtreme Solutions sooner.

Best gym on the planet. They really care about you getting the best workout possible and your overall health. They want you to succeed in the gym and in the kitchen!
