First thing that I would like to say to anyone reading this review is that this is 100% honest, unbiased.

We originally were shopping at the Automalls in town that were no where near where I lived. Every dealership was trying to gaslight me into buying from them within 5 minutes of even walking foot on their property. Not only that, when I asked Honda, Chevy, Toyota, Ford about their vehicles and the specs, they had to read off the sticker.....

After 2 weeks of sheer annoyance I took a better look at my local market and stumbled upon a beautiful cherry picked 2018 GMC Sierra 1500HD Denali Truck. It was so perfect and it checked all of my boxes. It's almost like the people at this dealership had a vision for the buyer and that vision was mine.

So my wife, daughter and I packed up a second car seat and went over to their lot. We spent 6+ hours test driving the trucks, and reviewing potential interest rates. They even stayed open an extra 30 minutes for me and I hadn't even bought anything. They also answered my questions and did not pressure me. Carlos was so nice, and let me sell myself the truck because he knows they have good vehicles.

The next day we went back and started the entire process over again, and still no pressure, no rude or pushy sales people, just honest people selling honest vehicles. We arrived on a decision to move forward with the GMC and that is when we met the owner: George. Having the owner of the lot sit down with you and do the paperwork and look for the best rates possible was a huge compliment and you will dealership's never get that out of any of these local dealerships. George was informative, honest (sometimes very honest) and I appreciated that so much as a customer. He showed me his computer screen multiple times as I questioned everything he did because I was so used to the normal stigma of my previous car purchases.

After 3 hours George the Owner (I want to add that again, this is the owner not the salesman) and I had finally wrapped up a very good deal, and he even had a 3yr/36,000 mile warranty available! Now when it oomes to cars, especailly used ones, there aren't very many lots that will offer a warranty because they have lost the privilege of selling them by either lying about the warranty or breaking trust with the warranty companies.This goes back to the honesty of the owner and how he instantly gained my rapport. I was able to secure my dream truck, with a perfect carfax, low miles, and a fair no haggle price.

As we were wrapping up the GMC, my wife brought up how she wanted a BMW X5 and George responded with the same integrity even though it was now after hours, and he was working late.

After a private chat with my Wife (the boss) we agreed that because George had done so good that we should go ahead and move forward with an immaculate 2018 BMW X5 with the Confidence Package included. It was already after hours, and George did not hesitate to help us. It didn't feel like it was about money but because he saw how excited my wife was about potentially being able to work towards ownerhsip of her dream car.

At 7:30PM we finished the application, and put a $1000 security deposit on the BMW so that everyone could go home and get some rest. The next morning George let me know that he wasn't going to be working today but would come in if we wanted to finish working this deal out (even though he could've easily passed us off to Jon or Carlos which there was no issue with this at all as they had excellent salesmanship and customer service). We agreed to meet at 9:45am.

Once I arrived I felt like I was family and was asked if I needed water, or donuts which was very nice. I was also very respectful so they reciprocated that back to me and my family. After 5 hours of paperwork and mainly me chatting his ear off and wasting his time we were ready for our photos. My daughter was getting fussy and the team was on standby for 15 minutes while I gathered myself and calmed my daughter down.

Support your local dealership!!! We had a good idea of what we wanted when we arrived, and from the moment we walked in the process was seamless; from test drive to drive home in less than 2 hours. Fantastic customer service, easy going sales staff, knowledgeable finance manager and owner! I never felt pressured and I was encouraged to ask questions! I have found my new dealership! If you’re looking for a car, do yourself a favor and give a small local dealer a try! You won’t be disappointed!

This is the first time I’ve worked with this dealership. I have to say hands-down. This has been an incredibly positive experience! George. Oh man. He has some amazingly gorgeous vehicles with amazing prices. He did me and my family well with our new purchase on the '04 Tacoma. Well worth every penny, and then some. Sold me a unicorn. Cut me a couple prices whenever possible and this Tacoma was...man I couldn't be happier. George a great, standup person and really is out to help and find a great vehicle for a a hardworking individual. He made my dream truck happen for a great price. I want to give a shout out to Roman and Tim at Exclusive Motors Service Department. Both of our vehicles broke down at the same time. I purchased my 2014 Jeep Wrangler from Exclusive Motors and at the same time I purchased a warranty for 60 months or 50,000 miles. They stood behind their warranty! They gave my jeep an overhaul of over 9,500 dollars worth of repairs and out of our pocket it was only 375 dollars for the deductible and fluids and a radiator hose. They also did a great inspection of things to look out for in the future. They are an amazing team who you can trust. We took our other car to the dealership, and they were not very helpful. Roman had his crew pick up our car and fixed it at their shop. Our warranty (from the dealership) covered only the powertrain and Tim and Roman were able to repair my clutch and transmission. A 6,000-dollar repair cost us 540.00 for the clutch. Roman and Tim took care of my family. They would email us estimates and we would approve or deny parts of their service…. But again, the majority of the problems were covered under the warranty. Two suggestions: by a car from exclusive motors and don’t forget the warranty because it saved us over 15,000 worth of car repairs. Tim and Roman are really responsive and get back to your text and calls. So, if you are in a situation like ours with a warranty from a dealership- try exclusive first because they can help you save a lot of money and you get quality top-notch service. Just wanted to share another 5 star review of Exclusive Motors! This was my daughters first car buying experience and I’m so happy it was a positive one. She has been looking for a Subaru Crosstrek and found one on the website. We called to make sure it was available and George let us know that there was some minor cosmetic damage that needed to be repaired, but since the car had only been on the lot 48 hours, it hadn’t been taken in yet. He said we could come take a look. We arrived 45 minutes later. A friendly employee got the key and showed us to the car. While we were checking it out, George came out to go over the areas to be fixed. There was a significant dent in the driver door and little dents and scrapes on the bumper wrapping around to the right side panel just in front of the bumper panel. We took the car for a drive and my daughter loved everything about it. We returned and George met us outside. My daughter expressed an interest in purchasing so we went inside to the office. George never once pressured my daughter. She continued to say she wanted to buy the car, so George went over different monthly payment options based on how much she would put down. He was SO patient explaining everything. Then he even told her how the first couple years of a loan is mostly paying interest and so it would be a great idea if she made another payment each month to put towards the principle. My daughter really learned a lot and even though she was very nervous, George made the experience positive. The sad part was leaving without the car that day. But 7 days later when George said the car would be ready…it was. We drove up to find it front and center, ready to go. And WOW, what an amazing cosmetic job!! The whole car looked brand new. My daughter was SO happy. She’s been driving the car for 3 weeks and says it’s one of the best choices she ever made. Thank you George for an easy, positive car buying experience! I bought my 2015 Mustang GT Premium from Exclusive Motors in June of 2022, and can’t believe I never thought to leave a review! Did I forget to mention than I am nearly 1,800 miles away in KCMO? I was on the hunt for a specific vehicle, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Luckily, I have family members located in Roseville who were able to test drive the Mustang for me. Everything checked out perfectly, and the car arrived better than expected - as I had it shipped. Highly recommend this reputable dealer!

I was contacted by Jonathan regarding a truck that they have. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and addressed all the concerns that I had. He let me go on a test drive by myself which was really nice. I wasn’t able to purchase the truck from them due to the price but I really appreciated the transparency that he provided. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

5 - star cars 5 star service from Liza and George. I found a Subaru outback 2019 that was exactly what i was looking for. Liza helped me through the entire process very patient with me and SUPER attentive. I basically read the reviews and trusted in this dealership and i am glad i did. Blue color workers that are trustworthy and hones, hard to find in a dealership but they are very straight forward.

I went to exclusive motors after reading reviews. They helped me get into my first car. They were very open about the process. Since this is my first car loan, I am very happy how the process went. They were dedicated from the beginning. I wouldn’t want to get my car from anywhere else.

Yesterday I bought my first car!! George made my experience such a breeze, he kept my family and I laughing the whole time . He made us feel comfortable and excited at the same time . We had a GREAT experience with Jonathan and George from Exclusive Motors! We had our eyes set on a specific Lexus at their lot and when we arrived, they quickly brought the car around and answered any questions we had. At no point did we feel pressured or pushed to buy the car. We felt listened to and appreciated and when we made it clear where we needed our payments to be, that's exactly where we ended up. It's was a smooth and seem less process and we ultimately ended up in the exact car we wanted at the exact payments we needed! We recently found a car we were interested at Exclusive Motors and scheduled an appointment to look at the car and take a test drive. When we got there Alex and Cliff were more than accommodating to our requests and even put the car on the lift to allow a more thorough inspection of the car. We were impressed with the quality of the vehicle and the attention they spent in preparing the car for resale. Based on what I saw in their yard, all of the cars look to be of similar quality. They worked with us on the holding the car and we returned the next week and completed the purchase with Cliff and George. Easy process and a month later we could not be happier with the car - At least my son is as I never get to drive it.
