Harkins is the best theater in town. Been coming here for a long time. Excellent customer service and great popcorn and drink perks. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Very nice, very big. The staff are very nice and helpful. The theater that we went into was huge. The seats weren't the most comfortable, but they were ok.

All of the other movie theaters in Moreno Valley have gone straight to the garbage. Harkins is the only one that seems to maintain a decent level of cleanliness and offers a wide range of movies

The place was very clean, organized and the food came pretty fast. Fast. Fresh and delicious. Took my dad here, yeah accommodated us with a handicap seat and we sat comfortably while watching movies and comfortable seats

Avatar was so good and fun to watch, screen was perfect, seats were clean. Enjoyed the entire experience.

I love the price, the quality, the service, and even the location! I love going to the round one and watching a movie later afterwards. Great for a date, family time, or just a self care day to yourself. The highlight of the theatre has to be the popcorn and the rewards. If you buy a loyalty cup you’ll be able to get drinks at a discounted price. Best theatre franchise in California !

Quick and friendly box order, you pick your seats. Team Leader (red shirt) made sure I knew I had asked for a subtitled film.

Quick and easy ticket scan and directions from the usher at the door.

Quick service at concessions, worker was ready to help us before we knew what we wanted. A manager and another concessions worker were nearby to help with orders and made it quick. Same experience after the movie when I returned to get a refill. Oh, and they have buckets for the popcorn now instead of bags.

Restrooms clean. Not sparkling, but acceptable.

Seats were labeled and finding them was easy. 50 or so people in theater, no issues, good movie.

Always clean theaters and bathrooms. Always good customer service. Plenty of handicapped ♿ seating and it's great since it's situated where people walk behind you and not in front of you.

First time there with my three kids tonight to see Ron's gone wrong. Saw a late show at 6:25. Very clean place. Very nice concessions cashier, and very nice employees who come very fast to clean up if you spill something..also met a nice woman at the customer service center who signed me up for the rewards card with the quickness. She did that in a minute. Literally, a minute. She was quick. The theater we were in was very clean. Perfect night. We will definitely be going to this theater more than the on where in my city. Customer service is everything. How you make your customers feel is everything.

Older but still nicely maintained theater. Good assortment of tasty refreshments and fairly clean environment with great sound. Recommended.

Open space alot of open space I belive they have a kids room to take care of your kids as u watch a movie (not sure) always clean food line moves faster alot of workers. Great arcades. The seats are really nice everything about this place is really nice.. 100% recommended

Theater itself was very clean, but there were tiles falling out of the ceiling in my particular auditorium. The staff was helpful and the snack options were plenty.

Always a pleasure visiting this theater. Clean space, fast service when it comes to purchasing tickets and sometimes the food. The popcorn is always fresh which is what makes the experience even better. There is always a lot of room in each theater so you don't hear your neighbor too much if they tend to be a little loud. Great prices as well. Very grateful for their student discounts.
