Came un to make my payment and i was offered my upgrade options and went homw with a brand new phone, and i love it! Thank god they let me know their deals and i was able to save my pictures. The girls there do seem likw they know what they are doing and VERY polite. I Defitnelty recommend.

My name is Elizabeth Mena and I have been a Boost Mobile customer for the past 8-9 years now or maybe more. Time flies!! Anyways I was having trouble retrieving my emails. Could not figure out what the problem was. I have had a lot on my plate lately and this just added more stress to my daily routine,
because I do all my business correspondence through my emails... So I decided to take my phone to Boost Mobile today 10/10/19 on Chicago Ave in Riverside, California. The customer service representative who helped me out was named Joe. He was very kind and knowledgeable to take care of my problem... ☺☺ Prior to walking into the store I was stressing, however when Joe was done helping me retrieve my emails I was happy again!! ☺ So I just want to thank you Boost Mobile for hiring kind and knowledgeable employees....
