My husband and I went on the Antelope Island tour. We absolutely loved the tour! Our guide, Cameron, was wonderful! He was so knowledgeable and made the tour interesting and had the best information and stories to tell.
We enjoyed getting to see the Great Salt Lake, learn about the history of SLC, and observe all the wildlife at the park. Cameron knew exactly where to spot all the amazing animals at the park.
The tour also picked us up right at our hotel- it was the perfect 1/2 day activity during our trip to SLC! Definitely recommend!

My wife, sister, friends and I went on the Utah Mighty 5 tour with Captain Adam Bath. The tour exceeded all of our expectations. Adam is a superb, fun guide. He knows how to deliver the best sights, restaurants, and travel to fill your day with adventure. The tour accommodates all sight seeing and hiking abilities. Great tunes and space in the M.B. sprinter van. Utah is incredible state.

Our trip of the Mighty Five Utah National Parks out of Salt Lake City was magical! Our guide, Adam Bath, was practically perfect…made us feel safe, knew where to go, and adjusted to changes in late March weather. We ate at wonderful restaurants, saw magnificent scenery, and stayed in fabulous locations. The van was so comfortable and our group was so precious, especially the children. 😊. This trip far exceeded my expectations. Adam knew interesting facts he shared along the way concerning geological formations and history, that it was an added bonus (as were his musical selections). Even if you can’t make a more strenuous hike, Adam will show you something you CAN do. Our group ranged from 8 years to 70’s and we all were happy on this trip. What a memory! Utah is amazing and so is Southwest Adventure Tours!

I just returned from the "Mighty 5 Utah from Salt Lake City" tour and it was fabulous! We stayed in great hotels and ate in wonderful restaurants. Our guide, Adam Bath, a Utah native, was informative, friendly, organized and very safety conscious in driving and leading us on hikes. He always kept us informed about the activities he was planning and how to prepare for them. His ability to tailor the trip to everyone's needs and desires was tremendous. He offered alternative hikes for people's abilities, equivalent experiences when there were weather closures and tailored the trip around the outdoor temperatures. He was very flexible and worked to insure everyone experienced and saw as much as possible. When we got unexpected snow, he had ice cleats for us, so we could take advantage of our hikes and lookouts safely.
In March, Utah weather is unpredictable, but I feel like I got the whole experience, and the parks were breathtakingly beautiful with a little snow! The trip was so much more than I expected.

Shin, our guide, is knowledgeable, kind and fun! We saw many animals, took a short hike and saw the farm on Antelope Island in the Great Salt Lake!

The trip was absolutely amazing. Michelle, our tour guide was so friendly and knowledgeable and was just fantastic. We got to see so many bison and birds and the hike was short, manageable and totally worth it. Being picked up at my hotel was so convenient and while it was a bit of a drive out Michelle kept us engaged by sharing facts the whole time. She also provided water which was wonderful. 10/10 would go again. Just remember a hat and sunblock if going in summer.

We recently toured the southern Utah National and State Parks with Southwest Adventure Tours Mighty Five tour. Everything about the trip was a hit with the 12 of us and we all enjoyed the history and anecdotes from our guide, Dave. The tour was just the right amount of time (5 days) and we greatly enjoyed the intimacy of having a limited number in our Mercedes Sprinter van. The only downside was having to haul a small trailer for the luggage-many of their other vans have their own luggage capacity. The scenery was amazing and surreal, the hikes were fairly easy for the most part, and the organization of Southwest Adventure was evident throughout. Some of the accommodations were a little basic, but most of the stops for food were great. We loved how the guide made arrangements for some of the people to do other things outside of the tour without missing a beat. we would highly recommend this tour and from this experience, this tour company.

Booked an Antelope Island tour. Had the most incredible time with the tour guide Warren. Would book with him and this tour group again in a heartbeat. I was a solo traveler and I felt safe the entire time and also saw the most incredible sites. 10/10. Thank you Warren!

We did a 7 day self drive Yellowstone/Grand Teton tour with our 8 and 11 year old granddaughters. Jason and Southwest Adventure Tours planned a fantastic trip for us. This is the second time we have used this organization, and I honestly think we save money by paying them to plan our trip! We love the self-drive option. It includes rental car, hotel reservations, and an app that plans out each day with an array of suggested sites to see, trails to hike, restaurant options, maps, etc. When we tried to plan our trips ourselves, we found it difficult to book rooms, cars, etc. in the national park areas. We think the travel agencies have better connections, and it makes trip planning easy! Southwest Adventure Tours is so accommodating to your personal needs. Jason knew we had our 2 granddaughters with us and highly recommended we add on the Bar T 5 Covered Wagon trail ride and cookout (with family friendly entertainment). So glad we did! We highly recommend Southwest Adventure Tours!

After waiting decades to make the trek to Utah to see all the national parks, I couldn’t be happier to have chosen Southwest Adventure Tours to organize the trip. No worries about where to stay or what to see or how to get there. Having a small group of fellow adventurers kept it friendly and flexible. Captain Adam made it relaxed and fun, with the safety of a knowledgeable (and younger) guide. He had a great playlist that kept us rocking on the drive and knew “secret” restaurants and homemade pie stops. He chose some hikes to suit the capabilities of our group and encouraged us to challenge ourselves on others. I highly recommend SAT and Captain Adam to explore Utah’s Mighty Five!!

Stellar experience on a Mighty 5 trip in Utah starting in Salt Lake City. The guide was very informative and knew which hikes to hit and when to go. Utah is stunning, and this trip allows you to really appreciate all that beauty. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome trip to see Utah’s Mighty 5 with SWAT from SLC! Our guides Adam and Ja were both friendly, engaging and excellent guides. They were accommodating to everyone in our group to make sure they had a memorable trip and were able to see and do what they wanted. I highly recommend taking this tour and you’ll be in great hands if you get these guides!

First trip to Utah and my wife and I will never forget the tour of Antelope Island State Park. Pictures (at least mine) do not do justice to this place. And we obviously could have toured this public Park on our own, but we would have missed out on the hospitality and the wealth of knowledge that Cameron and his crew offered. If there's something you're wondering, feel free to ask and they're likely to have an answer. The crew has great energy as well - you will not fall asleep on this tour.

Also, they are highly communicative leading up to the scheduled tour. We received emails and text messages, including the day before, confirming our tour and providing the necessary details.

Fantastic tour of Antelope Island with Cameron. He has a detailed knowledge of both the religious history and the natural history of this region and is simply a nice guy to chat with👍

Our trip was delayed due to COVID so we were very excited to be able to take the trip this week. We did the Mighty 5 from Salt Lake City. This was one of the best tours we have ever be on. Our tour guide, Adam, was exceptional. He tailored the tour to the groups expectations and gave us unbelievable information about the formations. The group was 11 individuals and we all got along quite wonderfully. The tour exceeded our expectations and every day was better than the previous day.

Outstanding tour company. We just finished a Utah Mighty Five National Park tour and it was awesome. Tour guide was professional, knowledgeable, amusing and very well organized. We had a most enjoyable trip and i thoughougly endorse Southewst Adventure Tours. They were the best!

Returned a couple of weeks ago from the Grand Circle Experience. It was fantastic! From the moment our wonderful guide Shybree picked us up to the moment she took us back to Las Vegas, we couldn’t have been happier! Shybree had so much knowledge about the parks we visited….she stopped for animal sightings also! The restaurants we ate in were great; the hotels were fine….some were nicer than others but I think that comes with the territory! A big shout out to Shybree and the new friends we made in our adventure packed vacation!!!!

This tour was really nice for a half day excursion. Cameron our driver/guide was amazing. Very knowledgeable, lively and made the experience worthwhile. Never once felt bored. He also made sure every one was safe and secure when hiking. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys the outdoors, kid friendly as well.

We recently went on a tour of Antelope Island with our tour guide Ashley! She was fabulous! She made sure all 14 of us had the best time. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and so sweet! Thank you Ashley for the best tour ever!!

On 9/25/23 my husband and i did a tour through antelope island. Our tour guide was CANERON. This young man was polite, intelligent, interesting and all in all an excellent guide. There was a group of us from florida and he was extremely patient with us all. He is an asset to your company!!!! Denise & Raymond Menna
