Western States Self Storage

Very pleased with my experience at Western States Self Storage. I rented an air conditioned storage unit short term as well as a spot to park my vehicle for a few months. A group I belong to currently rents an air conditioned unit and recently upgraded to a larger unit.
The gate hours are perfect, the property and units are very clean, security is good and the people are very helpful and friendly.
Highly recommend!

The representative was polite, informative and helpful. The storage grounds were clean and welcoming. The price was affordable and the office had all the extra supplies I needed.

My experience was amazing with Gail and Kimmy they were really helpfully and just such great and amazing people to talk to and work with and really appreciate their amazing customer service.

Great moving-in experience. Gail was prepared, professional, and very friendly. Borrowing their on-site moving truck was a game changer.

I am a long time customer and have always found the staff super friendly, dependable, helpful, and accommodating. Gail is terrific! It is always a pleasure to meet with her. Also, the facilities are well maintained, clean and welcoming. Safety is never an issue.

Gail at Western State Storage is phenomenal, so friendly and helpful. The site is well maintained, with the cleanest bathroom for unit holders I have ever seen. The rates are fair and they have a truck you can reserve to move you in. I highly recommend this storage unit facility.
Addendum- Recently Linda helped me out when Gail was off. Linda was great to work with too!

Manager was friendly and prompt. I didn’t have to wait very long to rent a storage unit. She was very thorough in showing me what my options were.

Gloria is so helpful and personable. She really tries to help people. She is a true asset

This has been my go to storage for years I don’t have to worry about my belongings love this place always is awsome thanks Gail for such great customer service!!

First off Gail was amazzinnnggg! Right from the beginning super helpful and personable . Greattt customer service and the facility is sooo clean and well kept ! I would highly recommend this to any and everyone. They are not money hungry like most places and really care about their customers.

Gail was extremely helpful, informative, and kind. She made our decision quick and easy. 10/10 recommend!! Somebody give her a raise!
