Jay was very helpful, friendly, and funny. He suggested additional parts that we ended up needing. He knows what he's talking about. We gladly support Ace Hardware over the big box stores where you can never find anyone who works there and when you do, they don't really know anything.

Staff goes out of their way to help you find the correct item or will order if necessary. Great experiences here every time.

After going through a mind-boggling refresh for the new Stihl lineup at Ace hardware, your staff is still friendly, happy and helpful.

It's a good store besides everything being locked up but that is to be expected with the way are system is anymore can't hold people accountable but with that ranting out of the way the store always has what I need at the time of going in and the workers are always cheerful and of course me being a kid watching me like a hawk

This store is awesome with great customer service. Toyota wanted to charge me $500 for a chipped key to program. Brought my car here and was charged only $75. Amazing service! Thank you Ace.

I need a couple keys cut. Other unnamed hardware stores would not / could not cut keys that they don't sell. Staff was friendly and professionally. If you need help with anything hardware related, I would recommend skipping the big box hardware stores and go to the Ace.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I got the parts I needed and they worked. The prices were alotgle costly but I found them there.

Everyone at the store very friendly which is really awesome. I walk in and they say hi and most of the time the employees are in good moods and smiling or laughing which is nice to see. The biogger hardware store employees act like they dont want to be there or we are a bother to them. So with that being said I wish I could go to ACE for everything but I cant.
