The sales Manager, Floyd was great at helping me choose the perfect bed for me and my family. Patient and very accommodating was the experience at Sit n’ Sleep in Norco. If your looking to get a good comfortable bed that will suit you nice, go check them out. I recommend you go and look for Floyd, he will get you right!

Floyd was a very patient and kind salesman who showed us many mattresses both within and outside our budget. We took a week and came back and purchased something totally different but despite this he was really patient and gave us all the info we needed. He was even kind enough to walk us out of the store after we made the purchase. I highly recommend working with Floyd for your next mattress purchase!

We had a really good experience. Lisa was so helpful. She asked what we were looking for in a bed and our price range, we never get pressure into trying to buy something else or something more than what we wanted. She was very knowledgeable.

Went in to get information regarding an adjustable bed, we meet Lisa Loyd, sleep consultant. Lisa was very knowledgeable and professional, and took us though all the steps, because of this we purchased everything we needed. Me and my boyfriend just got an apartment and were looking for a mattress. Big shout out to Lisa Floyd for helping us through the whole process. From the initial visit where we were testing them out to our actual purchase she was extremely sweet and helpful. Not once did we feel pressured to buy any Mattress. She took her time and not once did she rush us. To top it off she is very personable and helpful. We walked out with an amazing mattress, but most of all we walked out with an even better experience.

Floyd and Tim were great. I stopped by on a whim and glad I did. They gave us a lot of info and didn’t pressure us at all. We calmly tried out many mattresses. They both were very informative. The scrumptious pillow… OMG!!! I highly recommend this store. We are sleeping extremely comfy tonight. Thank you guys.

The best experience I’ve had shopping for a new mattress. Floyd was super helpful in helping us understand all the differences in our choices and helped us to find something that we were not only extremely comfortable with but was also right within budget of what we wanted to spend. I stopped in Sit in Sleep Norco after going to several other places. Derek was our salesman and he was great. He helped us find the perfect mattress at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Floyd Ramey was very helpful. He suggested that we try 5 beds. We also tried 2 other beds, at our request, but they were not as good as the ones he suggested. Thank you, Floyd, for answering ALL of our questions. After much discussion, my wife and I settled on a bed, cover, sheets and extended coverage.

We just bought a king and full mattress, mattress protectors, and two luna pillows with silk covers. And we couldn’t be more grateful and appreciative of the excellent customer service and help we got from Floyd. He is personable, and really helps you find what YOU are looking for. We are SO excited for our new mattresses in our new home. Can’t wait to refer anyone who needs a mattress to him!

My family and I spent almost 3 1/2 hours with Lisa to find the perfect new beds for us. Lisa was very patient, listened well, asked great follow up questions which led to solid recommendations for our needs. Lisa did not pressure us and took our feedback into consideration as we decided best options. Lisa and her peers made us feel right at home, as our young son tested out several beds (he almost took a nap in the store ha ha). We can’t wait to get our new beds delivered & set up (along with our new pillows and sheets)! I highly recommend you visit this location and work through options that best meet your needs. My wife and I purchased a queen bed in 2019 and the mattress and adjustable frame are still in great shape. But now we wanted to get a king size and Jon Stephenson was a great help and got us a great deal on what we were looking for. Tim was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable, not pushy, and courteous. I appreciated his candor, honesty and he never tried to push me into buying something that was too pricey or not what I wanted. I would absolutely recommend shopping at Sit ‘n Sleep and make sure you ask for Tim.

Floyd was great! He wasn't pushy and he was very informative. He knows his mattresses. Its becoming more difficult to find sales people that really know the products they are selling. There are a million mattresses out there, at very different price ranges So it was very over welming to me. Sit n Sleep in Norco has "Bed Match" . Its a diagnostic system that makes more than a thousand calculations in eighteen statistical categories to custom-fit you to the right mattress.

After I have my mattress 30 days I will come back and update how my new mattress is working for me. But I definitely recommend you speak with Floyd.

Recently I had been serious about getting a new mattress. My boyfriend and I walked into Sit n sleep on a Saturday morning to try out some beds that we researched online ourselves. We were welcomed by a warm smile named Stephanie. She assisted us with finding the perfect mattress. I can’t express how grateful we were for Stephanie. One, she was very thorough and made sure to apply any discounts that we were eligible for. Secondly, we gave her our budget and she didn’t try to oversell us. Thirdly, she was honest about the mattresses. We were very comfortable working with Stephanie and spent almost 2 hours trying mattresses and bed frames out! We are very excited for our new bed! We had a quick and wonderful experience at the Norco location with Stephanie (she typically works at the Moreno Valley location). We walked in, welcomed, we quickly discussed our needs. Then she ushered us to the Bed Match machine, ladies before to wear pants, and walla... the type of bed was identified (options: soft, medium, and firm). She showed us our bed options and we selected our most comfortable, filled out forms for financing and Done! Quick, easy, professional, and pleasant experience. Thanks Stephanie and Sit N Sleep!
