Looked at all the bad reviews and was hesitant to go. Went on a Friday around 9am to apply for marriage license and was out within less than an hour. Security at front provided directions, very helpful. Once at window 7 (information window) she answered all our questions. Takes about 30 days to get marriage license after ceremony. Not an issue at all. Highly recommend the 14th st Chapel.

Very fulfilling day. We completed so many things in one day. Yes, it took some time, but it was well worth it.

This is a decent County facility and staff compared to dealing with other large County entities throughout the greater West Coast regions. They seem to be well organized and have their records well updated and maintained. I am impressed and have had painless experiences. If only all the departments within Riverside County were so pleasant and nice to deal with!

I had a great experience! I arrived 25 minutes after they opened and was out within less than 30 minutes. It took less than 30 minutes for me to find where I needed to go, wait, and get the paperwork I needed. Everything was overall great, fast, and went smoothly. The people that assisted me were nice as well.

My wife and I have a very pleasant experience with the recorder deputy Ms. Tanisha today. We went to Moreno Valley office to do some documents recording today (06/29/21) in person. Tanisha was so agreeable and helpful and we completed the recording on the same day. Riverside county is wonderful! Tanisha you’re adorable! Thank you!

My husband & I got married there almost 2 months ago now. Very friendly very helpful when it came to a mistake on the application for the license. Clean place didn’t have to wait a long line either times we went. Would recommend

Best experience I've ever had dealing with a gov. Office. Clerk was actually polite and helpful. I showed up at 3:58 and was out of the door by 4:31. I was requesting a birth certificate.
