Erika was super helpful in our transition of switching to State farm. Great customer service goes a long way. And that’s just not something we were getting with our previous insurance group. She answered all of our questions, made the process simple and seamless. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

In searching for car insurance, Erika helped through the process and was very knowledgeable that she was able to answer any questions I had since it was my first time getting my own insurance. I felt very comfortable speaking with her and made everything smoothly.

I called customer service about an issue thinking it was going to take forever and that I would have to act like a “karen” to get it resolved… but that wasn’t the case. Amanda was great! She was very calm and patient with me and answered all my questions and resolved my issue. I hung up the phone a very happy and satisfied customer :)

I have been with State Farm since I was 18 through Carol Uhler in LA Sierra. Never made a claim. In 2020 Carol retired and State Farm reassigned me to Josh. Since then I was rear ended, my truck and boat were stolen and State Farm Corp wanted to cancel my service as they no longer want to issue home policies in CA. Josh and his team went to bat for me with State Farm Corp, and they didn't cancel me. I will be loyal to Josh and his team for the rest of my life now. I can't thank them enough.

I’ve been with State Farm for 3 years now and my parents have been with them even longer. Their service is amazing. Amanda is by far the best at this location. Always checks up on you and makes sure everything is good along with returning calling very quickly! I’ve saved so much money thanks to them. She was professional, nice, and very informative about the product they offer and gave great recommendations. I was so impressed with her I don’t believe I’ll get quotes from anywhere else.
