Great Clips

Took my 6 yo to get his haircut because I tried and failed diy. The ladies were so nice and patient with him. He felt comfortable right away and he usually is very difficult to sit still. Thank you to the Great Clips Team on Madison! We will definitely be returning in the future for more great service!

I checked the locations and found this site had a 9 minute wait. So I checked in on line. It was easy. I arrived a little past that and Deasy was waiting for me. 😁 She asked me what I wanted and I told her hair cut added a shampoo. She was quick to point out that was $10 extra. I agreed and we went to the cutting chair to put on the cape. She was very helpful in my decision on how much to cut off. She was very gentle, too. She trimmed my hair first getting all the deadends off. Then washed my hair. I didn't have too far to walk between the cutting chair and the wash basin. When we were back at the cutting chair, I had decided I'd have long layers. She agreed and performed that task quickly. Very good experience. I hadn't had my hair cut in 3 years.

Miriam is fantastic! She cuts my little ones hair and is so energetic and gentle. She really makes the experience fun and not scary

Talia has been taking care of my haircuts for the last 4 or 5 months, and she does an amazing job. All the staff are courteous and very polite and friendly. They do very good zero fades, I had trouble finding anyone else who could do it as well as them.

This location is great!!! Easy access of the freeway and of course the customer service.Cynthia is the best with my son. Always so friendly and so patient with my 3 1/2 year old, he loves her. She took care of my sons first haircut and been with her ever since. I follow her everywhere she goes and track her down if I can’t find her, that is how loyal we are to her.She is the best!

We are so happy they opened a location closer to us. Checking in online is the best because it tells you the estimated waiting time so you can just go when it's almost your turn. We love Cynthia, she is my son’s hairstylist, she has been since he was 1 (5 now). He enjoys the talks with her and always leaves super happy with the ”cool” haircut.

I haven't gotten a haircut in forever and had pretty much given up on my hair. The general manager Anna, who was extremely professional and patient, cut my hair and I let her chop most of it off - I absolutely love it! I'm so glad I found my new hair salon and so close to home!

You can check in online and they will text you when you are next. The ladies here are super friendly and experienced. Talia cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. Very clean! Every station was sanitized after each client. You must wear a mask and the stylist are also wearing masks. This is a great place to bring the whole family.

I only started coming to this location because of one person and one person only and that’s Cynthia. She has been cutting my oldest sons hair since he was 6 months old and he is about to be 5 years old at the end of this month. We have followed her every where she goes between different stores and I’m so glad that now she is just down the street from us. If you guys have little kids and are looking for someone that can work with your kids then I would highly recommend going to her because she is amazing!

I only came to this location for Chynthia, she is absolutely the best , she has been cutting my sons hair since he was 2 years old (his first hair cut ) , and mine for the past year, she is so good , patient and very professional. she has great hands , once she stated cutting my hair , my hair start growing, I go where she goes , she is the best .

Ashley did a great job cutting my hair. It's long and curly, and it is difficult to get it to lay down. Try Great Clips and ask for Ashley.

Alina the manager is fantastic, she cuts my hair perfectly, always consistent and always very friendly. This store is very easy from the 91 freeway, never experienced too long of a wait, i recommend checking in on their app, it saves time and you are always greeted warmly.

My first time at this location. I think Martha is who cut my hair. She was friendly and did a great job cutting my hair. Glad this location opened up cause it's closer to my house now. Definitely coming back.

I been taking my daughter with cynthia since she was 6 months old. Cynthia is the best; she has a lot of patience, friendly and I love that she follows customers request. There are many hairstylists that cut more than requested. I strongly suggest to ask for cynthia

Great quality haircut. The ladies here are the nicest, patient, most professional around. And they play pretty good music too. Don't try to come in here and try to push them around to save yourself $7, just bring a coupon. 😁
