U-Haul Moving & Storage of Moreno Valley

When I arrived Saturday morning at 9:45am to pick up a 26 foot U-Haul Truck, there was a substantial amount of customers waiting in line with only 1 customer service representative working. She was amazing running between two separate desks to keep the line moving despite the continuous influx of customers. She treats her work with great attention to detail and is very consistent because this is the second time I have seen her on a Saturday morning taking care of what seems the entire business by herself. She is clearly a key employee. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her for my own business.

Wednesday, January 24th, 2024 rented a truck and the staff; Meagan and Manager JD were so nice! My dog has been having seizures & they were empathetic and gave me some food tips. Also, when the guy (not sure of his name) pulled up the truck for me he also put the heater on for me as it was pretty cold that morning. Really appreciate the staff and their professionalism.

I rented a 10 feet truck. the rental experience went really well. I am pleased and satisfied. One thing that I noticed was that there were no usb outlets where to plug my phone. Yes there was the cigarrete lighter option and the 110 adapter. Yes it is nice to have the the last two options but the usb option is most prevalent in most cars and this truck did not have it

Great place to rent the vechicle that I drove going to San berdino California and back to the location Moreno Valley ca, the braking was real good like a car but it was a van , will definitely rent again to the exact location.

I was in Moreno Valley searching for a U/Haul store and I found this location on sunnymead blvd very close to the freeway. There were a lot of stores or shopping malls nearby like Chulichi Town, Superior market, Fallas, Metro PCs, a gas station very convenient for people. I went inside the store and the general manager Rudy help with getting me a 26 inch truck for moving a storage unit to another storage unit for a affordable price. I was happy because she made easy and fast so I can get going cause I have a certain time to return the van or truck back to the U-Haul location. I highly recommend it to visit and rent a van, truck, trailers from this location and make sure you talk to Rudy she’s very helpful and friendly.

Great experience getting a hitch for our truck (once I got through Uhaul's mediocre phone service). The staff here were great - from calling to confirm our appointment and needs to the woman behind the counter who consistently went beyond the call of duty to help us! I wish I had gotten her name, because she was great. She kept getting left alone behind the counter and she would juggle all the customers quickly and pleasantly! Most importantly, the hitch works without a ... hitch!

Cannot remember the manager/owners name but she was delightful! Helped make my moving experience expedient and pleasurable. I was a customer right after New Years. The employees are nice and answered all my questions ( I was new to the U-Haul experience) highly recommend!

GREAT customer service, quick and easy rentals when you make reserve your equipment online! The lady with the salt and pepper hair is AWESOME!!! Sorry I didnt catch her name but she runs the joint :)

Best place around to buy propane, Cheaper than the tank exchange places, they actually fill the tank, while most exchange tanks are only 3/4 full. No waiting around for someone to get the keys and free your propane from the propane tank jail. You just drive to the back side of the building, and there is a propane filling area. Usually an employee is already there to help but if not there is a buzzer. They will fill your tank and you can pay right there, they have a handheld credit card machine. You can get In get your propane and get out and back to the BBQ in about 5 minutes. Frank Hill would approve!

When I had my catering business , I used to rent from them often when I had more business than my trucks could handle...I always had a pleasant experience and check in and check out was a breeze...also had 3 trailer hitches installed...they were always professional and courteous and worked hard to get me a vehicle when i was in a rush...always bought my propane here and the guys would come to service my tanks within a couple minutes of ringing the bell...well run and efficient outfit...

Everything was great! Very easy process

Had to stop here because my tail lights weren't working on my traylor. I hooked the chain to low causing it to drag and damage the wiring. Carlos was nice enough to fix this problem for me at no charge and I was able to continue on my way. Thank you!
