AM Electrical Tool Repair

Their shop is swamped with work, but they get the job done in decent time considering the backlog of work. So far have brought in a Milwaukee screw gun and Makita grinder that was cutting on and off from contacts inside and both still work years after repair. They seem to repair a large variety of power tools, both consumer and professional grade, but most likely best to call beforehand to see if any limitations.

Small place, But don't let it fool you. They do GREAT Work FAST and Smooth. Good communication. They return all our old part , explain the repair A+ in our Book.

Small business but they get stuff done QUICK. We run a construction company and take stuff here all the time with the ASAP request and they always come through! HIGHLY recommend them!

Dropped off a sawzall to get repair they said they would call me when the parts came in. 4 weeks pass and still no call so I call them and they said they are still waiting on parts to Come In. Call them a week later and the lady tells me she will get back to me as t the end of the day. She never did so go to t.f he shop to see what's taking so long. They didn't give me an answer. I took my sawzall down a couple blocks they fixed it in 3 hrs. Wow. The man is rude. Worse experience ever. Horrible customer service skills.

Oh man stay the hell away from this guy! I have been a contractor for over 33 years based out of Corona and have given this guy more than a few chances over the years.. i don't know why i would kept going back, I guess I'm one of those guys that just figures everyone has bad days and is off their game sometimes.. you're better off throwing it the trash and buying a new one because by the time this guy gets done with you a new one would be cheaper! keep in mind if you don't feel it's fair for the repairs he just keeps it and sells it...for him it's a win win and you're screwed!
