I had a wonderful experience today getting set up with my storage unit. The process was so smooth. I started with the on-line rental process which was super easy. When I came to the office to finalize my paperwork the staff was so friendly and super efficient. The unit was clean and I had easy access.

Been working with Fabi for a long time now, she’s been extremely helpful , respectful and overall she’s always in a great attitude always with a smile and friendly. If your looking for a storage unit come to smart shop and ask for Fabi.

I’ve been on the hunt for a storage unit and called to ask for pricing. I spoke with Kelly and she was so personable, professional yet showed so much empathy for my situation going on. Sadly they didn’t have the right size storage unit that would fit my needs personally but I just wanted to come on here and give kudos to Kelly for being so warm and welcome!

Wow great customer service! Warren did an amazing job showing me the storage unit and explaining the terms clearly. He was friendly and kind and tended to me, staying calm and professional even when other things were competing for his attention.

Warren provided the best service, he made the leasing process smooth and easy. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and he addressed all my concerns. Warren knows how to take care of his customers, and I now feel comfortable leaving my precious items at this storage facility.
