TL;DR – 10/10 Would recommend! Family church!

I hadn’t been regularly attending church as I hadn’t found one that I felt truly represented what God’s word meant to me. I had become desensitized as I felt all had become materialistic and commercialized, and it was something I felt brought out an ugly, un-Godly side of me, so I stayed away. My sister had asked that we join her for her birthday, but I had chosen not to as I had assumed it was much like all the other churches I had attended. She respected my decision but encouraged me to reconsider. My dad had joined her, and he also had high recommendations for Lakeshore, encouraging me much the same, so I decided to give it a try. I honestly feel that saying that THIS church is life-changing is cliché, but I’m comfortable saying also that “life-changing” is an understatement. Everyone there is so sweet and welcoming, I instantly felt like family. I didn’t feel any of the phony, commercialized behaviors that had turned me away from so many churches in the past. I found my home, just at the first service. This is it. I’ve been attending Lakeshore since 01.01.2023 and have not missed a single Sunday service, and my family and I come from Orange and LA county to attend this church. THAT is how perfect this little church is. You skip the friendships and instantaneously gain new family members. There’s always someone to be there for you, no matter the ask. The Worship team is always on point and makes me feel like God really hears us, and the Prayer team is always there to help carry our burdens or help us pray for those extra helpings of grace. I couldn’t be more grateful that God led me to Lakeshore City Church!

I Absolutely love this church. They preach the word accurately and really "do life" with one another. The pastor has a heart for seeing God's people grow in their faith.

It's all about the word of God! Not some preacher and his opinion or playing on my emotions or how I should give them money!!! You want your soul fed this is the place for you!! All glory to God
