Words can not express how much I appreciate Nydia’s assistance during this difficult time. The loss of my father was devastating and Nydia was there each step of the way in guiding me through everything , and answering all of my millions of questions. Her guidance was more than exceptional and I am truly grateful for her and the staff at Arlington Mortuary. I can’t thank them enough. 🙏🏻

Had the opportunity to work with both Emily and Marisol. Losing a love one is already a difficult time, and both Emily and Marisol went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible for us. We experienced some delays and difficulties with regards to getting a death certificate, but Emily and Marisol made it a point to call and keep me updated on a daily basis and would not stop until we had one from the health department. I really appreciate the care, detail, and attention they gave us and would highly recommend them and the Arlington Mortuary team.

First off I like to say that all of the staff that I talked too was very kind and supportive. I was here to visit a family member friend. And the staff was kind to the family who lost their love one. Even though we were running a little bit longer then expected. Their wasn't any rush or upset staff while we were trying to get everyone together. The girl at the front desk was nice and asked if we needed anything. The chapel was nice and cozy and seeing my friend resting and the video the family put together was really nice.

I worked closely with management and the Funeral Director to assist families with pre-planning for their services in the future. This location offers very spacious chapel, lots of parking, and the cost is very reasonable.

The best Mortuary! Emily helped me through the burocratic nightmare of getting my beloved mother sent to Europe. I am forever grateful for her efforts.

For such a hard time in my life, Arlington Mortuary helped my family though this experience. So kind and calm, straight up and no "up selling". They are truly respectful to the family and the deceased. Thank you Arlington Mortuary

All the staff here have provided exceptional care for my 3 immediate family members who have passed away, I highly recommend this mortuary. They helped bury my dad and my grandmother and now just in the recent days my mother. I appreciate their kindness and promptness and communication through this difficult time in our lives. I definitely will continue to pick this mortuary for my future needs. The staff is very respectful and very considerate. Hello, my name is Craig Calderon and I'd like to share my positive experience with Arlington Mortuary (specifically Emily Treitler) My Uncle passed away April of 2022 late in the evening, I didn't want to send his body to Morgue, in fear that he might go missing. Out of desperation I had to call one of the competitors that basically held my Uncles body hostage until they could set up a meeting selling their Mortuary services in which I was not interested in from the get go. It wasn't until I called Arlington Mortuary (specifically Emily Treitler) she was able to get my Uncle's body out within 20-30 minutes and for that Emily, I owe you!!!

I recently called this mortuary by mistake thinking it was the veterans cemetery. I spoke with Emily. She could have easily told me I had the wrong number and directed my call to the cemetery. Instead she politely informed me that the mortuary and cemetery are two separate entities but that she most likely could answer my questions. She not only answered my questions but also provided me with additional information. I hope I don’t have to use a mortuary anytime soon but if I do I will definitely use Arlington. She was just so helpful!

My dearest friend passed away and we held the services at Arlington Mortuary. The staff was very caring and compassionate during this difficult time. The service was beautiful and speaker was perfect! With all the sadness, they helped us honor my friend the way he would have wanted. We are forever grateful .

I am so glad that I choose Arlington Mortuary for my brother who passed away so sudden and unexpectedly. I never thought I would be able to do arrangements during my mourning but Arlington Mortuary's service was exceptional from the moment I contacted them! Extremely attentive and lots of information. They have amazing communication and always there when I had questions. When the memorial service day came I wasn't sure what to expect but their staff exceeded my expectations and everything went smoothly. I'm thankful for the help that I received from Rosie, Maria and Hector they are amazing staff and genuinely care about their customers.

During what was a difficult time for friends and family Arlington Mortuary delivered service in a timely manner and with the utmost care and sensitivity. The staff was courteous and comforting while informative about the options available. The facility allowed for flexible seating which was nice for a large crowd to fit. I would definitely recommend to others in the area.

Ariana was amazing it was a very difficult time for our family she was able to personalize everything to what my brother would have liked the staff were compassionate and understanding beautiful chapel with pleanty of room. I would recommend to anyone in need of affordable yet prestige mortuary never felt rushed or pressured or taken advantage of as we did at Acheson and Graham Garden of Prayer Thank you for giving us all the privacy and time as well with our loved one it was memories that mean alot to us.

Dealing with loss is never a positive experience and to top it off Covid has made the task of buying a loved one even more difficult. I really appreciated the care and compassion I received from Arlington's team, especially their manager Emily. I ran into so many problems with my grandma's services because of everything being slowed and delayed due to covid but they helped me every step of the way.

First off I want to start off by saying THANK YOU SO MUCH on behalf of the entire Martinez Family! Special thanks to Hector and Sam for taking care of my family and just having everything so organized for us. We are a very big family and you two handled everything so well, you guys were extremely respectful and professional with everyone and that is just unbelievable to me, I would've had a melt down honestly lol. I can't even express the amount of gratitude! During this time of the loss of my grandmother you guys handled everything so well for all of us. We were all new to the funeral process and you guys guided us step by step and were with us from beginning to end. You guys have allowed my entire family to mourn during this difficult time and process the loss of my grandmother without being distracted by all the arrangements and costs. Thank you for working the extra hours and going the extra miles, literally, we appreciate you soooo very much! Everything was beautiful and my grandma would've loved how beautiful everything was, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU and God Bless You!❤

I wanna really thank Arlington mortuary, specially Melvin Torres and staff for making my fathers vigil, mass, and burial the best memorial a person can have. They were very attentive to detail, and made this hard time into a great transition for our loved one. I really recommend this mortuary, for your beloved needs. We were blessed to find this place close to the National cemetery. Emily was wonderful to work with, she handled everything like a project manager. On day of the service, Mel led the day, I was so happy from start to end. Thank you very much for making our life easier during difficult times.
