If you need to rent a storage unit, this is the best place to go. Their prices are much better than similar companies and their customer service is excellent. They treat you like you are a family member. There is no comparison between the service and attitude of the staff of this company compared to similar companies. I was helped by Katie Miller. She is absolutely an angel. The steps that Katie took to help me is simply unbelievable. The great service I received is above and beyond any expectations. Thank you Katie.

Storage Valet is an amazing company. We downsized and needed to store items for 5 years. We often had our pods pulled and everytime we arrived, our pods were waiting for us and always in perfect condition. NOT ONCE did they raise our storage fees in all those years!!! We had a public storage space as well for the last year and a half and they raised our rates twice already. The customer service is always excellent and we can’t say enough good things about them!

This company was awesome. They delivered my unit within 24 hours of calling them. Very professional. They take care of everything, no need to wait around for them to arrive or pick up. Very smooth process. The delivery and pick up drivers were fantastic and very professional. I will definitely use Storage Valet again when the need comes up.

I've used Storage Valet for years for storing staging furnishings for my business. I'm always happy with the cleanliness of the storage pods, the good seal the doors have, and their service to drop off, pickup and store inside their warehouse (so it stayed in cool temperatures, clean and free of pests), and they have always been very friendly, accommodating and personable with me. I have recommended them to many of my clients for storage, but also as an affordable way to "move" from one home to another (in which you control how things are stacked in the container YOURSELF!) and the transport of the containers has always been smooth, I've never had anything broken in my containers (although I do wrap and pack well also). I highly recommend Storage Valet!

Storage Valet was a lifesaver for my wife and I. We were doing construction and needed to empty out a garage plus... we looked at traditional storage units but the excessive cost and inconvenience of having to drive to/from them and only be able to access items during their business hours did not appeal to us. Our storage units were delivered exactly on time and were very convenient. Our items were safe and dry even during the wettest winter in California that I have ever seen. Pick up and delivery was the easiest thing ever. I absolutely recommend them and would use them again.

Storage valet has excellent service, communication, turn times, storage facility, and every single person that I spoke with has been helpful. Parting with our items for nine months was extremely stressful. We only needed to go to the facility once to remove items from our pod. It was an easy process to request and locate our storage. When we were ready to move into our new home, storage valet promptly showed up and then also promptly picked the container back up once we were done. I truly understand the meaning of “storage valet”, because they are truly a top-notch concierge service. Thank you so much to Katie and her team!

I had an excellent experience with Storage Valet. Of all the companies which I vetted, Storage Valet has the best customer service by far. You can actually speak to a live, considerate, and helpful agent. The prices were also the best of all the companies I checked. In addition, the storage had doors on both ends which made it so much easier to load and unload and gain access to items which I needed. Overall, 5 stars for sure and if I could, I would give it 10. You won’t be disappointed and you will be supporting a family owned company in Southern California. So, if you live in SoCal, shame on you if you do not use Storage Valet for your storage needs.

I got a few quotes from other major storage companies all were about within the same price range but storage valet was the most straight forward in regards to pricing. What makes them better is they are a small company and it felt very personalized compared to the larger companies were everything was auto respond and such. I called Katie and was able to set up everything in minutes, she was super sweet and kind and made the whole process very easy. Delivery was great and fast and pick up was a breeze. Storage container is in perfect condition and very clean inside. They make it super easy to make changes. Everyone is friendly and helpful. 100% recommend this company!

Storage Valet is the very BEST! If you need storage and live in the Inland Empire area, they are the ones to use. My family needed extended storage to store, sort and distribute our mom's things. Absolutely the best and easiest way to create space in your home during a remodel!! The pod was there on our driveway for us to move things around as the contractor finished one area of the house and moved to another.
And the icing on the cake was working with the extremely friendly Storage Valet staff!

Storage Valet was very helpful and easy to work with. Their containers are sturdy and secure. With their container pilot machine they are able to place them exactly where I wanted them, unlike some companies that need space to move a huge truck onto the property. The container stays level while it is being moved and we had no problems with anything shifting inside. They were accommodating to a last minute schedule problem we had. The container for our move was worry free. Currently another member of my family is using Container Valet and is also happy with the service.

Storage Valet has been the best storage facility I have used for the years I used them. I don’t remember how long I had them I think more than 5 years. The people were very professional, friendly and I know my items were in a secure place plus the pricing was the best I’ve seen. It’s unfortunate that I had to leave since I recently moved and Storage Valet is now way too far so sadly I had to transfer to another storage facility that was close to where I live now. From the first day of my storage to the last I am very very satisfied with my experience with them. Thank you.
