Portillo's Moreno Valley

We ordered online and everything we got was really good!! We got a grilled sausage dog (the pickle was GENIUS), chicken tenders (which were cut a nice size), an Italian beef sandwich, and a large fry. We shared between two and were full before we finished. Reasonable pricing for great quality food!

Portillo's hotdogs are incredible! Their Maxwell-style, served with mustard and sautéed onions, is just perfect. The mustard adds a nice tangy kick, and the onions are very flavorful, but the best part was the chocolate cake shake just the best one out there, first time trying it out and definitely coming back! 10/10

I got a double bacon burger and the maxwell polish hot dog. Both were so tasty and juicy and cooked so well. Burger patties were juicy and flavorful and had delicious melted cheese. The size is also great for the price. Quick and efficient service

If you are in a mood for a Chicago style hot dog, Italian beef, cheesy fries, or a an authentic burger look no further. This place is favorite with the locals and a Mecca for Chicago expats living in Southern California. The decor is 100 percent on point with retro posters and celebrities photos, checkered table cloths. The food is excellent and now they have vegetarian hot dogs.

Hey coworker from Chicago told me. I'm going to take you to a place for lunch and I know you're going to love it. And so he did and this is where he took me. The food was absolutely delicious. Went straight for their Chicago style chili dog. Can't wait to go back again to try others. Grade five ambience location and service. The food is awesome..

I've only used the drive thru and the employees have all been nice and the line moves fast. They DO NOT take cash in the drive thru now, which I don't like. If you only have cash, you have to order inside. I always get the big beef sandwich dry with added hot peppers and mozzarella. They charge 75 cents each for the peppers and cheese. The peppers should be free. It's not even a handful that they add. I normally love grilled onions on my beef sandwiches, but I tried theirs once (another .75) and they were disgusting. Their onions had a super strong weird flavor and there was too many. I had to pick them all off my sandwich to be edible. I also order a loaf of their house bread with butter. So soft and heavenly for carb lovers. Their receipts have a super easy survey you can complete online and get a code for a free order of large fries, which cost $4.19 normally. I do this every time!

My Family and I were greeted when we walked I to the door. We stop every tip east towards Palm Springs, Portillo a has the best burgers, beef and cheddar croissants, and hot dogs.
The chocolate cake is amazing as well and we always get slices to go.
The malts and shakes are awesome too.
If your in the Moreno Valley area and looking for a slice of the Midwest Portillo is your one stop shop!

The Moreno Valley Portillo's is always a go to for hotdogs. The food is great, the fries are fresh and crispy and that's only a small portioned their extensive menu. This is a great place to bring out-of-towners when you need a quick restaurant. It can get a bit loud but the atmosphere is entertaining enough that noise doesn't really matter.
Normally we get a slice of chocolate cake here too. Our family likes it enough, we sometimes go grab a whole one to take home for special occasions.
Last I checked, there were 46 locations. All around Chicago, and Minnesota and the only other two? Here and Buena Park.

All the food is so fresh . The hamburger buns are so soft and good. The beef hotdog have a lot of flavor and the fries are so crunchy ! And it’s so cute inside. It have a vintage feel!

This place never disappoints great food. I wish there were more of them around Southern California. The Italian beef makes you feel like you're in Chicago same with the Chicago dogs

I haven't tried the food here but my rating is for the best chocolaty cake I've ever tasted , and the best chocolate cake shake that actually has a slice of cake at the bottom, yum ! Drive thru is cashless. Every gulp is just a dream .

Always love Portillo's. One of the things I appreciate is that whether I'm in Chicago or if I'm passing through the Moreno Valley on my way to San Diego, the food is consistently the same, which is a good thing. My daughter was with me and reminded me that there was a Portillo's here and then she demanded that we eat there. It wasn't a hard sell for me but my wife had to be strong-armed a little. My daughter and her husband are expecting their first child so she sold it as a pregnancy craving so my wife was compelled to agree. In the end, she really enjoyed her meal, which is always good since she's the pickiest eater in the family. We had hot dogs, Italian Beef & combos, salad and a burger for my wife. it was all fantastic. The ambiance is always cool and the service was great. We then sent pictures of the food to one of my other daughters who wasn't with us and she was super annoyed that she had not come along on the trip because Portillo's is her favorite. Please open a location in Las Vegas for us. None of my kids live here but they fly in so much that you'd probably see them at least once every month or two. You'd definitely see me more than that

Place has good food at decent prices. Had the chilli cheese dog and croissant chicken sandwich they were both bomb. Chicken was a good piece of breast and perfectly seasoned. Family had chicken strips fries onion rings and burger. They all were good. Arrived right at lunch time so it was busy. Customer service is good. Food served in a timely manner. It is self serve. Everytime we're in the area or driving through to S.D we stop by this place. Keep up the good work and quality of food thanks to the ownership and staff.

Best place in the Inland Empire to get Chicago Style food. The Big Beef is amazing. Don't forget the Chocolate Cake shake!

First time trying portillo's and it was great I got the double bacon cheeseburger onion rings and the jumbo chili dog the double bacon cheeseburger was good . Nice flavor with some really good char on it the jumbo chili dog was good as well one of the best all beef dogs I ever had. The french fries and cheese sauce are really good too. The only thing that wasn't that good but still edible was the onion rings 👎 so pass on those
But the restaurant is huge and really clean and the service is great as well 👍 will definitely be back

I've come back 3 times since my first visit and I'm a really big fan love the atmosphere I got the BIG beef sandwich it's good just not really my thing a little to soggy but good flavor. the jumbo hot dog. I prefer the chili dogs and my favorite is the breaded chicken croissant sandwich it's amazing

Very delicious food, I'm obsessed with their chocolate eclair cake. It's creamy sweet but not overly sweet and their cheeseburger with fries and cheese sauce is a chefs kiss.

A place my hunni boo has been waiting to try & so we did , I must admit place is very unique and has a very cool vibe , I love Lucy theme songs type of vibe ! I order the hot dog with fries and drink my hunni boo got the bacon cheeseburger that was oso goooood , EVERYTHING about it was good , had such a fresh taste to it all , my hot dog was good but I felt could’ve been presented a little better , fries were every bit of amazing !! This place is our new little go to …..coming back for that burger 😂 btw great customer service ! Even tho we got a couple of eye stares 🤣🤣from staff & customers ! We still had an amazing experience

Man im from nyc and we dont get to experience fast food how other states do. I came an hour before closing so it was pretty empty. I ordered the breaded chicken sandwich and cheese fries and it was sooooo freshhh everything from the bun to the pickles to thr lettuce ti the chicken , they took their time and made it. Fries had the perfect amount of salt and the cheese was good too. I woulda had photos if it didn’t taste so good😂

A fun place to visit if you enjoy speciality hotdogs! The menu also has hamburgers, salads, desserts, and beer. They've added some combo specials. Portillo's has a drive thru but we enjoy eating inside. It is spacious and has plenty of seating. Recommend for kids😉.

When you want what you want go get it!

I was looking for a traditional Chicago dog. The offerings of places that attempt to do a Chicago Dog have dwindled in the Inland Empire. This place was good I only went for the drive thru experience. I will try the Portillos Dog in non Jumbo form next time just because I feel it was a little big, but flavor was all there. I do prefer a natural casing dog but 🤷🏾‍♂. It was great , exactly what I wanted. Good Job y'all!!
