The staff here was really helpful. They helped my daughters find the crocs they wanted in the store. The ones we couldn't find they ordered for us online. It's a big place and it can be overwhelming and that's why the staff makes a big difference.

Very Friendly staff and easy exchange really happy with my purchase! Super Big selection of shoes which I love! An associate helped with my online purchase but had to come back as it didn’t fit my daughter and David helped me with my exchange 😇 very nice staff and shoes 😃 Thank you Famous Footwear!

Five Stars for Roger at this Famous Footwear. I'm not sure if he is the manager here but I hope he goes a long way. His kindness & patience was very professional. A young employee made a mistake with an online order & after 3 weeks of waiting for my shoes; I came back to this location to ask about my purchase. I think it turned out she never actually ordered them so I was waiting for nothing. She ordered them in the wrong size too, but ! Roger was awesome. 10/10, A+, 100%. He deserves a round of applause. These Five Stars are for him.

My Famous Footwear experience definetly could have gone differently but I was so happy to have Roger turn my day around. A big thank you and I love my new shoes!

great place to get shoes for the whole family.! also great prices.!! & there are ALWAYS great sales.! I walked in & found an amazing pair of boots, the price tag said $100 but it was bogo so my hubby bought some shoes too, we had a coupon for 20% off & there was also a discount for having a certain amount of items...I payed just $10 for the $100 boots.!! 😍

I always receive great customer service. I just wish the selection for toddler was little better in store. Sometimes I don't want to purchase online.
