I bought my Lexus on Jan 10. . Eric was great and got me the best possible rate. He even bought my friend and I lunch from Yoshinoya. Lisa was great in going over all the packages and explaining the finance rates. Angel was great and delivered. my car to my house and hooked up my car to my garage opener. Had great experience and love my Lexus RX 450. Lastly, thanks to Sal for explaining all the gadgets in my car. I recommend this place to everyone! ❤🖤

I am a first time Lexus buyer.The customer service was amazing very honest and Naveed our sales advisor was very patient and answer all my questions he gave us our space which sometimes is hard to get at a dealer. Lisa from finance department was also great good attitude and very detailed in explaining and also patient. I would for sure recommend this dealer.

Great experience with Lexus of Riverside; we wanted to get a new SUV for my dad, and decided to check out the new TX. Henry, our sales advisor, arranged it for us and spent a lot of time showing us the TX and the RX, which we ultimately bought. We weren’t necessarily ready to purchase a new car that day, but the experience was so smooth that we got the deal done quickly and efficiently that day and drove home in a new RX hybrid. Highly recommended if you’re in the market for a new Lexus!

Customer service is great & they make me feel that they care about me, my car, my safety & my cost. Although there is construction going on & may look a little chaotic, each staff is pleasant & eager to please. I just moved to the area but I am impressed both times I have been here for my car service in comparison to the other Lexus Service Centers that I have been to. I surely will recommend them. Both service representatives that I have dealt with are awesome.

Almost didn't make the buy because of $500. If not for my wife really wanting the car. But aside from the price difference, the service and others are pretty good. They almost want to deliver the car home, but we want to test drive it a bit before final purchase.

It all worked out under the circumstances. The sales office is under construction and is a bit cramped and I almost missed the dealership.

I love Lexus of Riverside. I’ve been to Crown Lexus and Temecula Lexus but haven’t been treated the way a customer want to feel about getting Service. Lance Lee was very personable with my whole experience. Even when I went to pick up my car and Lance was away from his desk the next rider stepped up to help me. I wanted to surprise my wife he put a Red Bow on her Lexus to make her fell special. He hide the car for me allow me to create a video to surprise my Wife. Matt my service guy was very professional and friendly. I give him a A+. He estimated the service was going to take 2 hours and it was completed in 1.5 hours. The dealership is a top notch operation. Lexus Riverside has a non-pressure, relaxed atmosphere. We bought a used Lexus in immaculate condition and dealing with the sales staff was a breeze. There was a crack in the windshield that they wanted to fix before we left, so we did not take the car home. Instead, they replaced the windshield and one of their people met us half-way from where we live to deliver the car since we live 80 miles away from the dealership. We had searched carefully for the pre-owned car we wanted to purchase and when we found it at Lexus of Riverside, we bought it. Our salesperson, Eric, was patient, helpful and answered all our questions.Normally buying a car takes forever! It wasn't’ that way with this one. From the time we arrived to the time we finished was about two hours. Easy, easy, easy and so pleasant.
