Have been putting off switching from an iPhone 8 to a new phone. Today I finally made the switch to an iPhone 15! Mike made it sound so easy I couldn’t come up with any more reasons not to! Love it. Mike was fantastic to work with.

Ray was great. I made an appointment but got there late, family stuff... He explained everything and answered any questions I had. This was probably my third trip to this location for various reasons (I typically am skeptical on 3rd party stores) Everything was beyond expectation!

i had purchased my phone via the mobile app and going through the contract negotiations while not actually being at the store which was my first time doing so and had no issue. i did arrive for a phone pickup and there was a bit of a wait on a wednesday night which was strange but i didn't mind waiting. i had to confirm a little bit of information in regards to my identity and plan information and they were then able to hand me my device and i was on my way. it'll be at least 2/3 years until i upgrade or make any changes to my phone plan but i don't think i would have an issue coming back to this location.

Anais was excellent through the whole process with my upgrade. Very professional and explained everything thoroughly. Her professionalism goes a long way! Thank you!

Exemplary service from Christian @ Verizon store. He was incredibly patient and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. He explained various options & worked hard to assure we had an understanding of different plans & their costs. I dreaded the trip to get a new phone but it was actually a pleasant experience. Verizon has a gem in Christian.

Went to the Verizon store to get a Phone and Anais was a wonderful sales person. She helped me pick out a new phone. Keep my bill low and also switch my current phone over to my husband’s line and I got it all taken care of at one time. It was a great experience.

Christian was amazing and very nice. I was able to purchase my new and add a tablet to my business line. He also transferred everything over for me. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thanks Christian

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Hands down the best Verizon location I have been to. Adrian and the manager Yesi were the best! They were so attentive, knowledgeable, and pleasant. They got the job done in such an efficient and timely manner and made the processes a breeze.

The agent was very friendly. Understood my need and helped me save money on my monthly bill. She was patient and kind and very knowledgeable. I got my goal accomplished there in less than 20 minutes.

11 / 10 experience! The sales rep and the other guy in there were both so friendly and insightful. Answered all my questions with a smile and a friendly face, didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing things. Both of them were absolutely amazing! Loved my experience

I came into this store a bit skeptical because of a recent visits to verizon corporate stores. (McKinley & Chino off Grand) I was greeted by every representative working this store they were all busy but I didn’t have to wait too long before being helped by a young man they were all very respectful about my time. I wasn’t in here to buy today just to get prices but I was watching their interactions with other guest and I’m 100% sure I will be buying my equipment from this location. Just by way they treated me today! Verizon needs to know that these associates are by far THE MOST EFFICIENT group of people! I saw a lady checking in on another representatives transaction and she was apparently the new store manager and wow was I impressed! GREAT WORK YOUNG LADY you are definitely making an great impression with your service for new and existing Verizon customers !

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THE MCKINLEY STORE save yourself the headache and shop HERE! They will treat you better then ANY corporate location EVER will !

Yesica greeted us as we entered the store as she was with a customer. Maybe because of budget you can't have two people in the store to help the process go a little faster. But, other than that our visit was excellent and Yesica was extremely knowledgeable and answered and fixed our concerns.

Adrian was excellent! Very helpful in setting up our new phones and iPad. It was time consuming for him but he did it with a smile and made us feel at ease!

Amazing staff both, the gentlemen who was on duty helped me a lot and one of them even tried to help me on a priority before he takes off so I don’t repeat the same issue to the other staff.
