We have rented several units over the past decade and we have seen a lot of changes. My most recent experience was very positive. The management has changed and definitely for the better. The new manager is very personable and knowledgeable about the property and rental options. I would recommend anyone looking for a storage unit to go in and talk to them.

You can’t beat the price! The manager, Sandra, is awesome. She was able to arrange two units side by side for me as I requested. I look forward to renting here.

This place is top notch. LaRisha, the store manager, is very helpful and accommodating and the assistant manager, Sally is always trying to help me get the best possible deal. I own a dance studio, and need to rent a u-haul frequently for prop transportation and they always help me out. Best deal around and great customer service! Place is nice and clean too! Highly recommend this location.

This is by far the most efficiently run storage place I have ever experienced. The staff, especially Reuben, are professional, helpful, organized, and VERY on top of things. The best customer service I have ever experienced at a business. The location is clean, safe, affordable, and overall a fantastic experience all around. I cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff here should teach every employee how to do customer service right!

iStorage has a great staff with wonderful customer service. It's easy to drive once inside. They are very clean with lighting in the storage units. Gate hours are reasonable. I feel the prices are a bit much yet they are about the same price as the rest of the units in Moreno Valley. Per website states open at 09:00 am yet their hours changed to 09:30 which it's stated on the office window. They also offer uhaul services. I'm comparing my experience with the one I just shared with Alessandro storage whom threatened to call the police on me when we were moving in and lost track of the time. We had no lighting which made it hard to see how to organize. I had to beg for 5 minutes. About 3 days later, I paid for movers to move everything out of Alessandro storage to iStorage with a much better experience.

I've had an excellent experience with this storage facility. The manager LaRisha is very friendly and professional. She helped me find the best deal for the size unit that I needed and got me set up very quickly. The facility is clean and well kept as well. I would definitely recommend them for your storage needs.

Reuben is the greatest! I have rented at this place for eight months now and I have had the most excellent experience with the facility and staff. Always friendly, always helpful, always quick to respond and thinking three steps ahead! Reuben gives you the feeling you are his only customer and goes out of his way to make your day (worst move of my life and this guy manages to crack a smile and laugh out of me every time I see him). Thank you for taking such good care, you are an inspiration both for excellence and customer service.

Larisha Margarita helped me so much through the process. Super fun to talk to and made sure I knew all that was going on. She definitely gives fantastic customer service! Highly recommend this storage unit, largely due to Larisha working here and how nice the place is.

We've only been with istorage for a short time, but it's been very pleasant so far. Margarita, the manager, gave us our first month free with just a processing fee, and it really eased some of the worry about all our moving fees.

So far, the rent is affordable, our space is very clean, and getting in and out has been no hassle at all.

Insurance on my unit is $12 a month for $1000 worth of loss, but I'm not too worried, since there are cameras everywhere and you need two different codes to get inside.

I've had some bad experiences with sketchy storage places, but this one feels very safe, and that they're going to take care of my things properly.
