Quantum Health and Yoga Lounge

Everyone is so welcoming and it is such a great community of instructors and members. They offer such a great selection of classes (not just yoga) with times that fit different schedules and top notch instructors! The classes are fun and challenging but easily modified to your fitness level. I was nursing an long term injury when I started and instructors were so helpful with modifications and learning to use surrounding muscles to help avoid further injury. The instructors go above and beyond to give you the best experience possible. The space is very cozy, peaceful and inviting.

Quantum is a gem. They offer a wide variety of high-quality classes. You can easily come to a class every day of the week and not get bored. Their instructors are attentive and welcoming.

I've had such an overwhelmingly positive experience with this studio. Scott and his team sincerely care about helping others become the best versions of themselves. You don't have to be an expert to come here. All levels are welcome.

I have been doing yoga since 2018. I have experienced four different yoga studios in that time. I love that when I walk into Quantum I am greeted with a smile, this place has a ‘yoga family’ vibe. Every class I have taken is upbeat, challenging with modifications offered every step of the way. The alignment cues are AMAZING!! The Hot Power Yoga classes are a little different each time, keeping me on my toes. The Reformer Pilates classes have seriously cinched in my core. See you in class!

Quantum Yoga Lounge is the best yoga experience I have had in Skagit Valley in many years. This is the only local studio that offers hot yoga, almost every day. Since I have been a member, my body has felt stronger, more flexible and less prone to injury from the other sports and physical endeavors in my very active life. All the instructors are well trained and helpful in keeping the students in correct alignment and will help you find modifications if you have limitations or old injuries, like me. There are classes for every need, except for chair yoga. There is also a Pilates Reformer studio and Barre classes.
I take class 3-4 days a week and my emotional well-being has never been better. This studio is my second home, the teachers and students give me the regular social contact that I was missing. I can't recommend Quantum more highly!

Come for the yoga, stay for the music. I’ve learned so much from Scott’s classes. I am stronger, more confident in my alignment, and feel good doing it. They really teach the foundation and think long term.

I have been fortunate enough to guest at a few studios (in Vegas, Oahu, and London), but Krissy’s instruction makes me incredibly grateful this is my home studio. Couldn’t more highly recommend!

Quantum has something for everyone. I love Scott's Hot Power and Krissy's Reformer Pilates. They have helped strenghen and relieve pain in my body.

The teachers are super encouraging and are always friendly. The classes are full of good music and good vibes!

Everyone at the studio is welcoming and friendly! I've went to multiple classes and each instructor is amazing in their own way! I tell everyone I can about their yoga and reformer classes.

Went last night for the first time and had such an amazing experience. Staff was very friendly and helped me get started with a 3 class pass for $25. The 6pm class was warm but not hot, all levels of experience are welcome. As a moderately active person I found the class mildly challenging but in the best way. I absolutely will continue to go and I would highly recommend anyone interested in yoga to try this place out.

The Wednesday night Starlight Yoga class is my favorite. I get the best sleep ever when I take that class!!

The girls and I pitched in to watch your zoom yoga show on the computer on pinochle night. I haven't seen such a muscular man use exotic moves like that since I met my husband Hank in the service so many years ago. God rest his soul.
At any rate, thats the best dollar and a half I've spent in ages. Thanks for the memories.

We are new to the area and feel we really lucked out with this studio. Jill has to be the perfect yoga instructor, excellent pace, well prepared. This a quality operation.
