Red Wing - Moreno Valley, CA

These boots are awesome! You can't get a better deal on work boots. They are around $200 a pair, and they will clean them anytime you like. They give a great warrantee. They will resole your boots for around $100. They give these warrantees because the boots are so well made that I'm sure they never lose money on returns or repairs.
They have a decent variety of types. I don't like hard toe, but I need strong leather with high tops. That's hard to find, and they have several choices. This pair will last me for 10 years, but I'll buy another just to change it up a little.
The service is great. I can tell these people enjoy being at work.
I highly recommend Red Wing work boots.

Red Wing backs there products. My average Boot life is 3 years. Bring them back for service they'll replace shoe laces oil and if ever the stitching comes apart they'll repair it. I had a great customer experience at this location. Your paying for quality don't get sticker shocked just fork it out.

Bibiana and Angel helped me and gave me an awesome experience. i walked in with a lot of questions since i didn’t know what exactly to look for and they helped me find the perfect shoe and insole. i took their insole scan which i thought was super cool and made a profile to find out the perfect specs for my feet. i highly recommend going to this location, they are very knowledgeable and kind.

Absolutely the best place to buy your work boots!! We always buy our work boots from this store!! They take such great care of their customers!! We had purchased a pair of boots and the eye hook snapped off which is rare because the quality of their boots is amazing.... anyway we brought them in with the receipt and the owner was there and he didn't question us at all. It was my first time buying boots and I was excited. I’ve always loved boots but never made the commitment to wear them as an everyday item. I recently got hired somewhere where boots are ideal but not needed. So I decided to pay the price and go with something that always had good reviews based off research and word of mouth. That being Red Wing of course. I walked in with some friends I was having lunch with and Brandon greeted me (sales associate). He is very knowledgeable with the boots in the store. Told him what I was doing for work and he recommended 2 boots to me. One of the two boots, coincidentally, were the ones I liked online. He allowed me to try both on and told me what the benefits of each boot were. I ended up going with the ones I saw online because they were actually more comfortable on my feet than the others. I also went the extra mile and bought the moldable inserts. I have some for my running shoes so I knew I’d need some. My foot pronates a bit so it’ll help with standing all day. I was also unaware that Red Wing has their own services for the boots as they get older and worn in. That’s what closed the deal for me. However, Brandon is the guy to go see! He gave me his full attention and made sure I was satisfied with the purchase making sure to take full care of me and then some. Yeah sure some may say “he was just a good salesman and sold you on extra stuff” but to me it takes a lot of effort for someone to try and understand how you stand, make sure to ask the right questions to get you into the most comfortable boot possible. Especially when it’s your first time buying boots like me. Brandon definitely delivered that caring service, wasn’t pushy and made sure that I was fully satisfied with my purchase. I’m sad I’ll be moving out of state soon as I’d like to go back to him for any services for the boots. If you’re interested in buying boots definitely come to this store, ask for Brandon and you won’t regret it. It was definitely a great experience. Thank you again Brandon and thank you Red Wing. Very friendly they always clean my boots when I go to Costco and my Red Wing boots are amazing. My boots are almost a year old and still look brand new. Highly recommend going to the Moreno valley location if your in that area.

I went in, got helped out by brandon. Was in n out in 30 mins after i purchased. He didnt just ask me what shoe i wanted, but broke everything down for me, and explained how each shoe/boot would feel/fit, and explained it to me in detail as to how it will effect me. He didnt upsell me anything useless, but he got me to invest in my footcare, and told me how my walking and standing will affect my back, and posture. Very helpful, patient and professional. A little far too late but I was here about Mid October 2019 and in search of some Red Wings,transitioning from DieHard to Red Wing.

Super helpful,very knowledgeable and told me things I never knew about the Red Wing boots

This place is definitely the red wing store to go to. I went to the San Bernardino store first and they were like a couple of bumps on a log with the personality’s of small soap dishes.Moreno Valley store has a great attitude and cares about their customers.
