Extra Space Storage

I will return to Extra Space Storage if I need a temporary storage solution in the future. This is an excellent company to use if you need storage. The facilities are up to date and clean. They have excellent communication and are friendly. Another reason, I would use this company is Megan, the Extra Space employee, who on 3/8/24 was empathetic to my situation, showed extra amount of effort to my request, went way and beyond to meet their customer’s needs. Extra Space Storage has a valuable member on their team! Thanks!

I had my storage for about a year and 3 months with no hick ups. Everything was really easy and the office staff, Meghan and Rebecca, were really nice and professional. Communication was great, as well as any questions I had answered. If in the future i need a storage unit, I'd definitely return!

I shopped around locally before ending up at Extra Space Storage. The facility is clean, the office smells good, and my storage unit is well kept. The best part of this location, though, is Rebecca at the front desk. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about pricing and terms! I highly recommend Extra Space.

First off, my experience with storage in the city of Corona has been limited to only three facilities. I would say this has been a problem free year and a half with the staff and yard. If I were to need storage in the future I would certainly consider it again.

This was my first time renting a storage unit and Rebecca made my experience very pleasant. She was thoughtful, understanding, and accommodating of my situation. She offered water when I’d been coughing, let us know about all the accessories we can use for packing, and made me feel safe when she would drive by to check on us while working. I especially appreciate that at night now that it gets darker fast. She is thorough when explaining things and takes her time to answer any questions and even stays later after her shift ended to help us. Excellent costumer service and a comforting energy, would rent here if I ever needed again in the future.

Rebecca is very detailed/customer service oriented. Great people skills. Great communication. Very informative and caring toward the customers. She informs you when rent is past due and follow through with phone calls. She would go the extra miles to accommodate you with whatever you need

Megan was super helpful ! Super nice and made the whole process to rent a unit very easy, showed me the property and you can tell they take pride in there space by how clean everything is.

Rebecca, the office manager at Extra Space storage in Corona, Ca is the best!! She is always happy to help me when I forget my gate code, forget the number of my storage unit and she works with me when I need a payment extension. Thanks for everything Rebecca!!

When I entered the facility, I was greeted with such great customer service n was such a great pleasure to meet with the storage manager to make my payment n answer any questions I had about my unit.

I needed a storage unit last minute, called about 4 places and they were the only ones that were open till late. I called around 5:30 and the person at the site assisted me in setting everything up quickly and even stayed a few minutes after closing to make sure everything was ready for me when I got there.
After setting up my account they found me a unit and prepared it for me and left a brand new cylinder lock as well.
I arrived with my buddies, used the provided gate code, unloaded the uhaul truck and left without issue at around 9 pm.
Although I only needed it for the month, I stopped over at the unit a few times and entered without issue regardless of the time. I believe their hours were from 6am to 10pm which was awesome since most places closed at 6pm.
The location is also kept very clean and from what I saw there weren't any traces of rodents or insects in the storage units or outside.
When checking out I informed the office attendant in passing and they went ahead and did all the paperwork for me so that all I had to do was notify them when the unit was empty. They sent me the last few emails and that was it.
If I ever needed a storage unit again I would definitely come back to Extra Space Storage as it was an easy stress free experience from start to finish.
