So far, I have printed my work in various places, but never in Office Depot. I am very surprised by the friendly service and knowledge of printing of the people working here. I have been dealing with graphics for many years and I am a demanding person. Thank you for your help Khiana. I will visit this place more often.

I arrived in the morning and it was so dead I thought it was closed. Turns out they were very much open for business! I needed to print something from my phone but for some reason the self-service machines weren’t working properly at that time. Thank goodness Courtney came to my rescue and helped with everything I needed.

The staff was outstanding. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous.

Dec/20...so the other day I left my wallet there and the courteous young man who had helped me w my prints emailed me and told me before I realized it was missing... a shout to Logan and for his great attitude, effort, great people skills.👏✔

Yes, upon arriving to the store I was immediately greeted by staff. As I was browsing I mentioned out loud, to myself, I really need a 60" desk...I was looking for a particular desk for my home office. Immediately, Crystal assisted me, she asked what I was looking for in particular. I explained in detail and she began to show me all of the desk that suited my needs. She even share dimensions and available colors options, and items that were on sale. She scanned each item and was able to tell me the availability of in store, and warehouse. Which made me a happy camper. She went over and beyond assisting me, describing the details of each product. I ended up purchasing a desk from Crystal today. Upon returning from printing services, were I was also treated with respect and courtesy, I noticed the desk had been delivered to the check out area and ready to go. I decided to look at chairs now to got with the desk. I noticed Crystal talking to another staff member Courtney. I inquired about a particular color option for a chair. Courtney immediately checked her scanner for availability and informed me they did not have that particular color in stock but could get one for me. I looked at another chair that was even more comfortable and inquired about its availability. That one in particular was not in stock. So, I asked if I could buy the floor model? She immediately offered me the chair without hesitation, it too was on sale. The process was easy and without friction. Now this is customer service. I am a Senior and retired two years ago. I have worked for many years in the customer service arena, in particular with the hard to serve populate. The last two years have been strange in so many ways, making it appear as if customer service is a lost art. I must say, that I have been coming to this particular Office Max on Vine, in Riverside for the last two years. I've noticed the customer service from front line staff, supervisors and management have been exceptional. Today, I felt like I was heard, respected, appreciated and valued as a customer. Bravo OfficeMax Team keep up the good work. Happy Customer!

The Printing Associate Cole was amazing. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a lot to print for a trial tomorrow and he was very patient and helped me get all I needed to my case tomorrow.

The customer service rep “Ed” greeted and thanked me for my business (which is rare these days in the retail world 🌎 ).
“Ed” was very quick, professional and answered all my questions and concerns I had during my visit.
I like there’s no long lines in both printing and check out lines! Plus plenty of parking!
This OfficeMax will always get 5 stars from me! I give it the highest recommendations!
